Casey in the service department is the best!
Casey at the Ed Koehn has went above and beyond to help me with tires, and service on my Jeep. It reminds me of the days of Bollinger's in Lakeview and how they would take care of their customers. I have purchased two brand new Jeep Grand Cherokees from Ed Koehn and I will continue to do so because of the service. Casey is a true asset to this company and it is individuals like her that make the difference. Ed Koehn you owe this women a raise and treat her right as she is amazing in the service department!

Awesome Experience with Dave
I bought a car two weeks ago from Ed Koehn CJDR. I cannot tell you enough good things about David Wilks. I totaled my car three weeks ago when a deer attempted to join me for my Sunday drive. I found the car I was interested online, but live 100 miles away. People tried to convince me to shop closer to home, but my car just wasn?t available closer and certainly not for the price I paid. I was trying my best to only have to make the drive one time. Dave made it happen. Basically, I knew I wanted the car from the beginning. Every question I asked via email, phone call, and text were answered ASAP. When I asked about the tires, he had the tread measured for me. When I asked about a USB port, he took a picture and sent it to me. The most important questions I asked, ?Does it smell like smoke?? and ?Does it make any noises when driven?? I know I asked both several times. Dave was incredibly patient with me. Even when I drilled him, ?You say that you don?t smell smoke, but can I trust your nose? Do YOU smoke? Would ANYONE say it smells like smoke? You know Dave, if I get up there and that car smells like smoke, I?m gonna be real mad at you.? I had to be getting on his nerves, but I needed to know! I even, at my mother?s request, asked Dave to drive the car around himself to listen for any noises. He didn?t even hesitate (or laugh), he simply said, ?I can do that!? Once I did make the 100 mile drive to my fancy new car, it was everything I had hoped it would be. All of the questions I asked, all of the pain in the butt I was, I knew everything I needed to know about the car. It was about a minute into my test drive that I really 100% knew I wanted it. The car did NOT make any noises. The car did NOT smell like smoke. It was perfect. I think David Wilks did a fantastic job of selling me a car from 100 miles away and I?m not sure that just anyone could have. He certainly went above and beyond

We worked with Doug Osborne and he was just amazing! He was very knowledgeable of the cars, helpful and patient as we tried to pick the perfect SUV for our family. We had an overall great experience with getting the right SUV and the right payment for us!
Done With Ed Koehn Forever
After 6 months of phone calls, visits, and NO service, I called Chrysler & told them never again will I go there for ANY services. I went there for covered warranty service and never received any repairs. They dragged it out for months, took pictures 3 times. Then, they outright lied to me and said it wasn't covered any more. They told me it was a 2/24 warranty....I knew this was a lie! Told me it would be $500. It was a 3/36 warranty. Went to another dealer & had it fixed within 1 week. Never paid a dime of pocket.

They were not interested in my business
I inquired about a car on cars.com and they did not respond for 2 weeks. By the time they did respond it was" sorry I've been really busy the last week" and i had already purchased the car I wanted elsewhere.

We had a great experience purchasing our new wrangler here! From the start, we were treated with respect and they were very upfront with the pricing. I never felt like they were hiding something or trying to put us in something we didn't want. We worked with David as our main contact and he was awesome! Every employee we encountered there was friendly and polite. Within 10 minutes of my jeep arriving I was contacted and they had it ready when I got there just a couple hours later. Thank you guys so much!!!
Complete let down
After a several hour trip...received three different price quotes by phone then vehicle was no longer available.
We went in looking for a nice used car. Instead we were able to drive away in a brand new Chrysler 200S! The experience was pleasant, easy-going, and respectful. "Sarge" McGowen did an incredible job at helping us find what we needed, and every step of the process was thoroughly explained. The sales manager, Steve, was friendly, and he worked hard to get the best deal for us. There was no pressure, no tension, only excitement about making one of the second biggest decisions we've ever made!
