No Pressure, Kind and Quick

Derrick was incredibly knowledgeable about the new 2020 Accord EXL. After a test drive and comparison between the manual 6 speed Sport, he made it easy to choose by answering all of my questions and giving me time alone to explore the car without pushing for an answer. Highly recommend Derrick and Russ Darrow Honda for anyone on the fence about a new purchase. You’ll walk away happy and assured you’ve made an excellent decision.

Amazing car buying experience!!

Chris listened to what I wanted and I drove it home same day

Salesman Chris was extremely helpful finding cars to show me with the options I wanted. The finance department was able to get me a loan within my budget. The service department detailed the van I chose while I waited. I drove my 2012 Odyssey van home thecsame day.

Great Service

I was looking out for a good deal cars from past 2 months, eventually I found 2016 Honda Accord with a good deal in Russ Darrow Honda. Lesia Matthis was sales representative, she was so kind, she answered all my questions with patience. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow Honda, if someone is looking for a great deal cars with excellent customer service.

Derrick provided information, assistance, and service above and beyond all my expectations. He was very friendly and readily answered all my concerns and questions.
