Sumya excelled as our sales representative, delivering outstanding service throughout the process. She proactively communicated updates via text whenever plans shifted, ensuring we stayed informed. Despite the challenges of us having our two-year-old daughter present, Sumya remained patient and accommodating. Her extensive knowledge of the vehicle we were considering, as well as the warranties provided by Russ Darrow and Honda, was impressive and greatly appreciated. Overall Sumya and Russ Darrow receive a 5/5 star rating.
