Howell Motors Ford

Inquired about a used vehicle there via email. They sent me a text for some reason and I replied that it is best for me that they email me. Never heard back from them This is the second time this has happened to me from this dealership. I will not view their web site again

I Purchased a 2003 Ford thunderbird from Howell motors, also 2021 Bronco sport... This dealership was a pleasure to deal with on all my vehicle needs...a few problems with the T bird, but all taken care of, no questions or cost to me...staff is very understanding, and well trained technicians...I would highly Recommend this dealer to any body looking for new or used auto.. It was a pleasure doing business again with Howell Motors and especially Pat O'Malley. As always Pat was very professional and patient in getting me set up with my new lease. He went above and beyond in explaining all the new SUV details and how to set/change certain items in the SUV and in how a lease works. I even received a new toy, a tablet, which Pat set up for me.
