Speedy service

Although I did not have an appointment (I was not aware these could be made) I was able to get my Jeep in and out in about an hour. A pleasant surprise given past experiences.

Excellent service provided

Del Lewis and Jeff Hurley were attentive and courteous and listened to my requests for service. They also asked if there was any additional services that my vehicle might need.

I will be back , great service and I like the way

Scheduling was easy and service was on time.

Scheduling was easy. Vehicle was in as scheduled. Maintenance was done quickly and wait time was minimal. Staff was great!

Great service, clean and comfortable facilities

I had previously taken my’21’ jeep wrangler to two separate repair shops to fix two issues . In both cases I was charged diagnostic fees but neither one was able to fix my problem. So I finally made an appointment with Lithia Chrysler of Roseburg. They were super easy to work with and told me exactly what was wrong in both cases, gave me a quote to fix both items. I told them to go ahead. They got both things done and ahead of the time they told me it would take! It now has been more than a month since the work was done and everything is operating perfectly! From now on I know where to go first! Thank you so much!
