Great experience while purchasing vehicle. Went in 2 weeks later and the salesman who helped us didn't recognize me. How cool was that??

Recent repair visit to Lithia of Roseburg

When we needed an immediate evaluation of our truck's problem the service provider Jeffrey was able to get us in right-away. We've been experiencing a long, drawn-out issue with our Ram truck and Jeffrey has been assisting us in trying to get it resolved. It is not yet fully resolved but at least we feel that we are getting close to resolution. Lithia of Roseburg has been helpful and will continue to be our go-to Ram service repair shop in the future. Now, if we could only get the 'engine check light' to go away...

Dilbert went above and beyond to help me get my oil changed when he didn’t have to if it hadn’t been for Delbert I would have never came back to your service department again you should give that guy a raise he’s underpaid
