Although the people at the service desk were friendly, the service manager was pretty much " Oh well that is the way it is" Brought my car in for repair at the appointed time 10 am on Tuesday. Got call on Tuesday afternoon that my car was an 8 hour job so it would not be ready by end of day. Called on Wed and was told they had not gotten to my car yet, so I could pick up a loaner. When I got there they wanted me to sign waiver stating they could charge my credit card for any damage done to loaner while in my possession. I left without a loaner. Did not get my car back until Thursday. Manager said is what because they had another car on the lift , and there was nothing he could do about it. I have paid $2700 so far on the extended warranty I purchased and they wait 3 days to get to my car when I drop it off? Plus I had to pay a deductible. Not happy and will not use or refer to Whitemans. You lost a loyal customer.

With open communication we told you about the delay. We know how important everyone?s transportation is, so we offered a service loaner vehicle for you. It is company policy to have a credit card on file, if any damage happens to Whiteman Chevrolet?s loaner vehicle or if the vehicle is returned with no gas. It was apparent you needed your form of transportation ASAP, so we repaired it in a timely manner. Wonderful place to purchase an automobile
Whiteman Chevrolet is a great place to purchase an automobile!! I had visited another dealer and didn't find them upfront and felt confused about the pricing and they were unwilling to further explain the total cost. I left the dealer and drove down to Whiteman's and was greeted by Mike, he listened to my needs in a new automobile for my wife and showed me several options. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the new Malibu. Mike and I sat down and he explained all the numbers and as I am new to leasing he and the sales manager were happy to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable with everyone, trust is very important to me when making a big purchase. We agreed on the sale that day and we picked up the new Malibu the following day. The new Malibu is my wife's car and Mike was happy to show her all the features and went through the setup of the On Star system with her. We are very pleased with this new Malibu and Whiteman Chevrolet and will continue to keep our business here for the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
