Schaefer and Bierlein Chrysler went above and beyond with our latest oil change. Yes, taking the car in and having it worked on was an easy process. What made it even better was the fact they washed the car--when it came back it was the cleanest I've seen it since we bought it a year and a half ago. I wasn't expecting that.
