Life savers

Anything to do with cars always overwhelms me. I thank God for Lambert Auto! They always take care of us and this time they fixed our car and got it back to us in 48 hours even though they were booked for weeks. I really appreciate you! Thank you lambert Auto!

Routine maintenance

Took my Jeep Patriot in for routine oil change and walked out with a schedule of maintenance for my vehicle that will make it so much easier for me to keep track of, especially since I have never owned a CVT before. Everyone was courteous, extremely helpful, and turnaround time for my vehicle was terrific. I signed up to receive information and special deals, as well. Not something you will find at the rapid oil change places. Lambert Auto is awesome as ever!

Excellent local business with outstanding service

Since 1988 I've purchased all my vehicles (new and used) at Lambert's. Currently I have a 2000 Cherokee Sport with over 200k miles which I have serviced there regularly, both for routine maintenance and occasional problems. The service staff is just terrific. They are friendly while professional and give clear explanations of the service they have done and any repairs that are recommended. They've kept this Jeep going for 15 years. I've been invited, but NEVER PRESSURED at all, to trade it in and purchase another vehicle. When the time comes for a newer vehicle I'll definitely go there first.

Great Service, once again!

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for recall service. The service desk personnel were very helpful, courtious, and explained all that was done to the vehicle. Great job!

Great Service!

Needed to get my daughter's car in quickly when she arrived in town and went without an appointment on a Saturday morning. They worked us in and had everything fixed very quickly. Great dealership, great people and great customer service!

Service department aptly named!

After an initial prognosis of a failed WCM, my local garage said it would need a dealer to look at it and recommended Lambert's, despite there being three dealers closer. I took them up on their suggestion and could not have been more pleased. In my first contact with Jay at Lambert's, he asked it I wanted a diagnosis done, gave me the costs and fully explained what was entailed and what wasn't. I ok'd the diag. When they were unable to reach the issue withing the allotted time, I was contacted by Jay for my approval to continue. Withing an hour or so they had dialed down the problem. It turned out not to be the WCM. In order to fully explain the problem, Jay took the initiative to go above and beyond and emailed photos and a details describing exactly the failed components. I was impressed! One solution was a $1500+ repair, but given the age if the car and mileage, a second option of replacing just the component of the harness instead of the entire harness was recommended. This second option, when complete, came in at a third of the cost. Not only that, the repair was completed by the end of the day. I went away feeling like they reared my car as if it were one of their own.

Dynamic team

Following an oil change completed at another Jeep dealership closer to my place of employment, I was informed that I would most likely need an extensive and expensive repair to my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I was provided w/ options to consider in terms of managing the repair, but encouraged to make a decision as to my next action step prior to the dealership closing out the paperwork for my oil change. I informed the service person that I would not be making a decision at that time. I then chose to call my sales person at Lambert's (Mark Perry), and explained the situation I needed to resolve w/ my Jeep. He spoke w/ the service manager-- whom then spoke w/ me about my options for repairing my vehicle. There was no pressure, just assistance w/ informed decision making. An appt. was made, and my vehicle was repaired-- w/ no charge to me as the dealership was able to demonstrate some flexibility w/ the warranty due to the age of the vehicle. I was, and always have been, well treated by the team at Lambert's. My Wrangler is the 4th Jeep I have purchased and maintained at Lambert's, and I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles through this highly reputable dealership.

Very Happy Overall

They were able to help me set up everything over e-mail which is incredibly rare for a car repair place. They told me things that needed done, but also told me things that were unnecessary in order to save me money and the hassle of getting it done.
