I had a local dealer who went out of business much to my distress. I then tried to work with a local dealer--with no success. I finally called Lambert Auto. Had no trouble getting service, even though I had not purchased my car from them. Service department is great, they explain clearly what is needed and then the work is done in a timely manner. The time came to purchase another vehicle, where did I go? Lamberts Auto. I got great service and the salesperson was very helpful and answered my many questions without hesitation. I am delighted with the service and care they give to all of their customers, and I recommend them to friends.

When a breakdown strikes, we are usually at the mercy of the nearest dealership. I my case, being out on the interstate, it was a matter of luck and proximity that landed me at Lambert Auto Sales. I was resolved to this fact and proceeded to allow the tow truck driver to guide the way. He dropped me and my car off in the parking lot and said his good bye. Even late at night the place was impressive. No foreboding feelings here. I left my car there and traveled home (2 1/2 hours). The rest is wonderful memories of early morning calls and a caring and thorough staff. They listened and explained every step of the process and my car was ready in a very timely manner. I felt very confident that the repairs were done correctly and that has proven to be true.
