The experience that we had with Justin at Garber was

The experience that we had with Justin at Garber was great. We live about 1h45m away from the dealership and wanted to be sure that if we made the drive, that it would be worth it. Justin was great at sharing additional videos and info on the car over the phone. Also held the keys for us for the night so we had time to make it and had it ready and waiting for us when we got there. This was our first experience buying a car from a dealership, and I found their team to be honest, upfront, and fair with everything. I'd highly recommend seeing Justin at Garber for your next ride.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Heather made the experience as easy as possible. I wanted to lease a new vehicle that day and she made sure she had the time to make that happen. I hope to lease my next vehicle from Garber.

Was not pleased with the outcome.

Was not pleased with the outcome. Purchased my jeep in feb. And as told in April my brakes need replacing. Service person Mike i believe told me in a rude way! “Well they weren’t new brakes. $600? I think NOT!!! Will never have to worry about my service again I’ll go to another dealership for my repairs and oil changes. Really wanna return my car after 2 months there is no way my brakes should be going out.

Mr Carter was very helpful with the 2022 Envision I

Mr Carter was very helpful with the 2022 Envision I leased. I did not hesitate to call him with I knew the lease would be up soon. Within days he had the new car for me. And it was the right color, red! I will not hesitate to recommend Garber Buick in Saginaw to anyone who needs a car. Garber Buick is the best. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience when I purchased my car.

I had an amazing experience when I purchased my car. My salesperson Hollie Murray was so friendly and knowledgeable also very patient. She did not make me feel rushed to make a decision. Salesman Darrell Carter spotted us on the lot looking at a new Envision. It turns out he was on his way home but stopped and took the time to talk with us. Little did we know that it would start us on the path to an outstanding car buying experience! Darrell not only met, but exceeded every one of our needs and expectations. We were also very impressed with finance director John Weiss, who effortlessly got us through the paperwork and sales assistant Riley Hare!
