I noticed a sensor for my tire pressure was off.
I noticed a sensor for my tire pressure was off. I went to the service center and was able to have it fixed immediately. I had no appointment. Great people and service. Glad I brought my car there. Thank you Garber.

I appreciate the response, but I need to be honest Thomas Ward already had a clear opportunity to resolve this when the issue first came up. He could’ve addressed it directly and professionally, but instead chose not to take accountability. He even told me someone would be in touch to follow up that call never happened. Now I’m being asked to reach out again to the same person who failed to act the first time? This situation has been a massive inconvenience and disappointment. At this point, it doesn’t feel like a genuine attempt to resolve anything — it feels like damage control.
Greg Geneseo Local Guide·23 reviews·15 photos a week ago New I recently purchased a used 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Limited from Garber Buick, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. The buying process started off okay — limited room for negotiation, but I loved the van and moved forward. However, within 90 days, serious issues surfaced that revealed a lack of care and quality control on Garber’s part. First, the brakes began squeaking, so I took the van to Belle Tire to have them inspected for safety. They couldn’t even remove the tires because Garber had sold me the van with aftermarket locking lug nuts and never provided the key. Even more concerning, the tires were completely worn out. This made me seriously question what kind of pre-sale inspection — if any — was done, considering it’s basic due diligence to at least remove the wheels and check the tires. This situation caused a major headache. I was without a vehicle for an extended period. Garber only offered a rental vehicle after I expressed my frustration multiple times. To make matters worse, my rims were damaged during their service process, and instead of taking full accountability, they offered to "recondition" them — not replace them. While they did offer half off new tires, that gesture only highlights how poorly this was handled in the first place. I bought the fully loaded model because I wanted something reliable and enjoyable — instead, I got stress and damage to a vehicle I had only just purchased. I made multiple trips back and forth to Saginaw to deal with these issues — time and gas out of my own pocket. They promised a gas card on several occasions and never followed through. I’m not chasing freebies, I’m just holding a business accountable for its word. The manager ultimately shrugged off the rim damage, claiming their people didn’t do it — despite clear evidence to the contrary. Holly Murray, the salesperson I worked with, was involved in the sale, but after that, the follow-through from the dealership fell apart. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail, the failure to take responsibility, and the poor customer service after the sale. I expected more from a name like Garber. I would consider another dealer for a major purchase
