My Service Writer Mike was very attentive to my needs and the scheduling of my recent visits. He explained very clearly the work to be done on my 2011 Lucerne and sought out all available discounts open to me. He very skillfully arranged my transportation to and from my home. We have been been loyal customers of Garber Buick in excess of 45 years and have purchased many Buicks over that period of time. My deceased Wife Kathleen always enjoyed the sales negotiation back and forth with dick Herzog and Heidi Klopf. we were always atisfied with the Buicks that we purchased over the years.

Mike, and everyone is the service department was great. Also the parts department was great. Mike always greets you with a smile and a good morning and your name.. The parts department help take my Matt’s to my vehicle and disposed of the boxes.
