Good afternoon, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Looking into our records it appears we emailed you 4 times and called 4 times in the 13 days after receiving your inquiry. Perhaps the contact information we received for you was incorrect. If there are any vehicle needs we could still help with please give us a call at 989-695-5566.
GREAT EXPERIENCE
our salesman, Steve T. treated us great. We stopped to look at a vehicle that was online. We briefly looked at that vehicle and didn't want it. After telling Steve exactly what we wanted, he searched the entire inventory and found a truck that had just come in in trade. We also talked to Joe and Dave during our purchase process. All 3 of these gentlemen were extremely helpful and great to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership

After taking my F150 in for service I would never buy
After taking my F150 in for service I would never buy another vehicle from this establishment again. After keeping my truck for over two months with multiple calls ( with no return calls half of the time) and then having to personally go to the dealership to talk to the service department to get them moving on the matter at hand. If that is what McDonald Ford calls customer service. WOW!!! When I was able to pick up my truck after two plus months it was empty on gas (when it was dropped off it had a full tank) and the truck needed to be washed because it was a filthy mess. Again customer service WOW!!! Never once did we get an I am sorry for how long it is taking, sorry for not returning your calls, about having to ask multiple times about a loaner vehicle, about the empty gas tank and the dirty truck. I was making truck payments and insurance on a vehicle that I could not use. Again nobody said hey we are sorry, we will try and get this matter resolved a little quicker. I think that this is a poor reflection on Ford Motor Company and will make me rethink my decision on buying another Ford product and certainly not from your company.

I thought crooked dealers didn't exist anymore.
I purchased a Honda Accord from this worthless place about a year ago in March. I was told the bank was requiring $2,000 worth of paint and carpet protection and $900 GAP insurance. I called the bank and they said absolutely not and this was not true. I called and wrote the dealer to ask about it and of course they dodged my questions. They said they could return the GAP insurance $900 but they never did. They also overcharged me for the car. It automatically reduces the price as time goes on and since I asked if it had all the warning lights on a week prior to actually going to look at it, I guess that locked in my price. I hired a lawyer and they told the lawyer that the paint and protection plan was only $1000 and I was overcharged somehow and I would get that $900 from the GAP and $1000 back. Of course this never happened and they just avoid any requests at all now. I would highly advise to never do business with these crooks. An absolute disgrace.

I recently bought a used 17 explorer from this dealership. I found it on their website. Since i live on the other side of the state. The salesman was Josh. He informed me that in addition to the price id have to pay 600 for an inspection and oil change. We agreed to a price. He then informed me that he would have to get it back from the owners wife. After work i made the trip with my 6 month pregnant wife. When we got there it was raining. We looked at the vehicle and test drove it. It seemed to be in decent shape. Except it was advertised with 66260 miles on it and it actually had close to 68000 miles on it. When i mentioned that to Josh, he just shined me off. My wife liked it, so we bought it. The next day i looked at it more thoroughly. I noticed the oil hadn't been changed and the inside was disgusting. Like a slob had it. I called Josh and asked why. He told me the owners wife had not brought it back in time for them to to do the oil change or inspection. He had me talk to Joe, the manager. I asked him if he would refund even half of the 600. He said NO. He wanted me to drive it all the way back there. I live in Grand Rapids. Later that week i was washing it and i noticed that the shark fin antenna above the hatch had been almost torn off from the owners wife, backing out of her garage i assume. When i called Josh about that, he at first pretended he wanted to help me. He again wanted me to talk to Joe. Joe, the chump, ignored me for three days. And of course the stealership again ripped off a potential return cutomer. I would use extreme caution with this place. Theyre very shady. I called Ford Motor Co. and explained the situation. I also informed them that the salesman was glorifying himself being a pot dealer for the state. Go to another place. This owner and his employees dont care about their customers.

My Son was buying his very first car by himself and we had visited several different dealerships in the Tri-City’s. By far, McDonald Ford was the best in everything. From being greeted with enthusiasm to the end, they made it seamless and comfortable!! Annabelle Boyes and Dave to the whole team there!!!! Everyone was engaging, accommodating and very very nice!!!! It was the only place we felt like they cared! I will buy my cars from them along with my 3 kids from now on!! They have acquired a huge family as I have a large extended family! I will definitely encourage all to visit there!!
