A+ except for the fact that I should have been able to purchase the loaner car. You are in the prime business of selling cars, not servicing them. Service is secondary to Sales. So, if that gray 2023cross treck with 4000 miles on it is available please inform me. Jan Boisvert

I was lucky to have two great salespeople. The first one who was so patient with me was gone when I went to purchase my car when it came in and I felt bad but the second salesperson proved to be equally good. I do think that in a state that requires two license plates the front heavy duty license plate holder should be standard and not an "option". I realized after putting on the "real" license plates that it IS needed and had to go back and buy it. They did not volunteer to put it on for me nor did it come with instructions. If it hadn't been for that you might have gotten that 5th star.

Very easy , great price and everything was ready when my vehicle arrived. The staff was very helpful and nice.The service department did and excellent job preparing my car.

I came in noontime on June 1st and was greeted in a respectful manner by multiple sales professionals. After my decision to buy the car, I was sitting in it ready to go in about an hour. The car was spotless when Nate presented it to me right out front. Two cleaning employees also came out with the car to ensure they reached my satisfaction requirements, which in itself is phenomenal service in general. This will be my go-to dealership to buy my new subaru!
