Always punctual in completing the service and excellent about keeping me aware of a delay or a problem that needs looked at.

Extremely fast and courteous service. We needed assistance quickly as we were travelling from Canada to Boise. The fellows there stepped right up and went above and beyond what was necessary. Thanks so much! And the coffee and pumpkin bread that were provided while we waited were great.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. I went in to look at a specific car and they gave me great selection to choice from. They put my car next to the one I wanted to compare the difference between the Outback I had with the Crosstrax I was looking at. I ended up buying it.

We bought a 2015 legacy new and the service center has been the downfall of our rating. to start there were extensive delays for service causing us to have to sit in the waiting room, wrong oil on oil change, find oil to low after oil change, now battery has went defunct (did they check water when serviced?) I bought this car new for my wife and I expect the dealership to check ALL!! fluids when serviced as it was for the service I bought it so I would not have to check there service after they were done!!!

The staff was personal and helpful. Repair arrangements were easy and convenient. They were very accommodating. Why does this feedback need twenty words. This was the worst part of the experience. Less is better.

The service was faster then they said and everything went so smoothly and no complications occurred. Being from California did not make it hard for them to service my car being in Idaho.

Fast, friendly service. Just in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they checked all components of my car and then they WASHED it as well! What a deal!
