Having a new Suburu. The people we dealt with were very helpful and seemed to be knowledgabe about their product.

We purchased a Subaru Outback earlier this year from Wackerli and were due for our first 3000 mile service. We happened to be running errands and were in Blackfoot. I called to see if I could bring the car in (without an appointment). We were able to bring the car in for service and the wait was reasonable.

Everyone was extremely helpful, and understanding. I really love the service department at this dealership. The service is a little pricey but that is to be expected.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The car was done on time. I got a nice Crosstrek to drive around and do errands while waiting for the car. This is the third Subaru we have bought from Wackerli and I really don't see going anywhere else when the time comes to buy another.

Staff addressed all my concerns and we're very courteous and kind. Fixed my AC, lights and installed carrier, with recommendations for the cars future needs.

Greeted timely upon arrival. Nice accommodations while I was without my car. Offered free wash/vac. Happy to add an oil change on top of the recall service already being done. Found my garage door opener that was left behind in the loaner car and returned to me without issue. I feel like they cared about my Subaru and put me at the top of the list. I will consider this dealership when it is time to upgrade!
