Got me in for new tires the day after I called. I thought I was just going to wait there but it was going to take longer than I thought, so Royal (sp) took me 7-8 miles home and picked me up again. I have no complaints!

This visit was for a service recall where they also did an oil change for me. They were very prompt and got me connected with a sales rep regarding an app issue I was having which was also handled very well.

I really appreciate the drive in, no appointment needed
I really appreciate the drive in, no appointment needed service. I wasn't sure if I could just come in without an appointment to get a headlight replaced. Randy assured me that they could do that same day. Jacob took my keys when I got there, and the job got done swiftly. I am happy to have the service available because I know it is not as easy of a task as it used to be.

My wife had a low tire and we dropped the car off late
My wife had a low tire and we dropped the car off late after the body shop had closed. A sales member helped us immediately, took our key and scheduled to get the vehicle into the shop the next morning. The tech was able to find a nail puncture, remove it and repair the tire before noon the next day and Didn’t over charge for service. Great Service! Great communication!

Way too expensive on labor!
Way too expensive on labor! I wish they would have felt like I had an option to go elsewhere but they didn't even want me to drive it off the lot due to an oil pan leak that just started when they pulled it into the shop for an oil change! They scared me into letting them do the work and I only knew the price of the part when I agreed! Did not plan on over $500 labor!
