Best customer service ever

My initial experience with Schulte’s sales department wasn’t the greatest, but their customer service staff made up for any shortcomings. They went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I needed some work done on my new pickup (not their issue), but they brought a new loaner vehicle for me to use while they worked on mine. Absolutely the best! Leann

My Subaru Sucks- LEMON! SO unhappy!

Wanting a vehicle that I would feel safe in. My battery keeps dying. #NOT:(&Iamtellingeveryone. Do SOMETHING SF SUB. Pride yourself on satisfaction. I am not happy. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Disappointed

Good luck setting up an appointment for an oil change unless you’re a VIP you won’t ever get an appointment. Two weeks in a row they told me I could come in and sit there they’ll try to fit me in yeah I’ve got all day to waste

2021 Outback

Had a great experience at Schulte! Worked with Tyler who helped me get a great deal on a new Outback. Very friendly staff who provided quick service. Facilities were awesome with complementary snacks and beverages

unnecessary upsell

Wife took 2017 Subaru into the service department for oil change and tire rotation. Service upsold her the cabin air filter, which is ok, but $30 to put it in? Then sold her on a fuel injector cleaning for $140. Fuel injectors do not need to be cleaned on car with 47,000 miles. We won't be going back to this dealership for any routine maintenance.

Brandon is the best ...... Not pushy and understands his customers needs. Drove 3 hours to look at the car and bought it. Would do it again.

WRX Rebuild

I woke up one moring ready to head to work as I would on a normal work day. Got out to my car started it up and it decided to atart making an unfamiliar clicking sound mixed with the rumble of my exhaust I am accustomed to. I quickly got my car over to Schulte for a tech to confirm my fears. My WRX had spun a rod bearing. They quickly got me into a great outback for a loaner car and scheduled my car in to begin repairs and revive my favorite car. I had also mentioned with the nature of the repair about replacing parts, clutch, timing chain, throw out bearing, etc, while the car was beinf worked on. Trevor was great about this process and helped me work with the tech to figure out what items really wouldnt be worth it for the miles the vechile had and ones that would. What also stood out to me was at the end of the repair their quality check process and transparency. After my engine was rebuilt they went through their standard work of testing the car, getting check miles on it, and reviewing their work. During this process they noticed the car started to over heat shut it down and trailered it back and didnt even risk guessing and driving the car back to protect it. That is comitment to craftsmanship! They were completly transparent about this and kept me up todate once this happened and were already into trouble shooting. They were able to narrow it down to my thermostat swapped it and my car was fully fixed. I will be taking my wifes car here now as well and one day upgrading her car to a Subaru from them.
