People are nice here and fairly knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. The only issue I have with them is that I bought a 2005 Ford Five Hundred from... them and it has more issues than they disclosed. The gauge cluster will go dead while driving down the road and will lose all power to interior lights and windows and the heater and A/C will stop blowing. The car also makes a horrible ticking noise coming from the transmission/motor area. The transmission also has some slip. I was told it was injectors. From what I have been told by mechanics, this is not true. I was also not informed that the car leaks oil until after I had already paid for it. I understand that I bought the car as-is, but if I had known about the issues it has, I would not have bought it. when I called to inform the dealership that I was having issues, I was told that I bought the car as-is and that if anything, I can always part the car out. That is not why I bought it! I bought it to drive, not junk it.Overall I am not satisfied with Koenecke Ford and will not be going back to them for any vehicles, used or new. I will go elsewhere unless something is done to make this right.

Very pleased with the service I received, needed an oil change, vehicle was checked over, plus I had some repair work that was accomplished on my last... visit. The staff was so helpful.
Bought car and they raised the price $2000 over agreed contract. Tried to return car. Drove car out after oil change w no anti-freeze. Dealership offers... no compensation or assistance.

Our oil change went well. The guy that greets us is always nice and friendly. As we were waiting we looked at cars as we would like a new one but we find... your selection small and are forced to look else where. The sales man was very polite and friendly and did a great job. Thanks.

I brought in my 2010 Lincoln MKX for general maintenance. Koenecke service team had my car done in a timely manner. They were very helpful and answered... all of my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future for any of my Lincoln's needs. 100% satisfaction. Great job!
After my car was hit, they had my Navigator on the lift within an hour to inspect it. They also provided a great loaner service. I couldn't be happier... with how well the truck came out of the shop. A+ service.

I,called with a concern about my escape. I was,told,that I could not get in until,sat am.,called back a few hours later and was able to bring in the very... next morning. I was in and out with in 45 min, however I was scolded like a child for clearing the trouble code. When I told the gentle man what the code was he looked at me like I was a fool
