Outstanding service from top to bottom!!! When I had trouble with financing it in just my name they walked me through the fact in a lot cases more now than the past it takes two incomes to buy these beautiful f-150’s. Thanks Tom and Bob! Stan would have pounded it into me too if needed to as well. You guys are great!! THANK YOU so much! I love the truck it’s great!

Great place.

The service has always been good when I take our vehicles in for oil changes. Quick and thorough. I appreciate that they give me and explain a detailed ?health report? for my vehicle. Great place.

Blueberry Escape

I leased this Escape. We have had this car for less then a week. So far, it rides well and is extremely quiet. Getting use to the bells and whistles will take some time, but they are nice to have. I am not sure I like the climate control where it is mounted. I feel like it obstructs my view. Everyone of my friends who have seen this car likes the body design. On a 1 to 10 scale I give a 9 .

You could have killed me!!

Will never purchase from krapohl ford again. Bought a used car and there is a hole in the frame. So my question is, why did it not go through your so called 172 point inspection? If i wouldn't have realized there was a hole who knows what could of happened as i can push my fingers through the frame. I am extremely disappointed in both krapohl ford and the salesperson responsible for selling me this vehicle.

Kraphol FOrd Lincoln Mercury, Mt pleasant

I've had many issues with this vehicle in which someone finally believed me. thank you to the guy in charge of the service department. I forgot your name, but you believed me and did something. I really appreciate it. with having a vocabulary impairment and not knowing the words to use to express my concern, you figured it out.
