Alderman's Chevrolet Buick GMC

0 stars for them!! We will never be back. We have bought/leased vehicles for over 30 yrs. We went to see about the equity in the leased vehicle at their call to us to come down. The lease was coming due, after they found out no equity, told us just to come back when lease was due, and didn't talk to us any more that day. Then to make matters twice as bad, they never even contacted us when the lease was up!!! We felt after all these years that we were nothing but dirt to them, just another number, no respect what so ever. This was from the salesman as well as the manager Dave Magro.

I had so many issues with them it’s hard to know where to begin. First of all the trade in process was weird. Only lasted four days and then the price for my car went way down. They expected me to just understand their supposed “no bargaining” policy but they never gave me evidence of how they were valuing my trade in. After all that I had physical issues with the car I bought regarding a past injured ankle hurting in the car and rather than assist me by buying back the car they refused because they wanted to keep all the incentives. They made 7500 of me in rebates on an electric car I can’t drive. I asked them to return the 5 k rebate to mileage smart so I could still benefit from the program and buy back the car. It was sadly too late to get my own car back from them. They refused. I lost money because I had to trade it in elsewhere. But they are out of integrity selling preowned electric cars jacking up the prices on them so they get incentives and still charge the customer more than the car is worth. Obviously I would never buy a car from them or recommend anyone do.

My experience was great and fast. I didn?t have to wait a long time at the dealership, which was nice. The general sales manager, Dave was super nice. Brian worked with me and got me everything I wanted. Communication after I left the dealership has been great too. Will continue to do business with Alderman?s!

I am pleased with my car it was very easy with Chris.

We experienced engine failure while vacationing in the area. The staff at Alderman's Chevrolet was top notch. We did not purchase our vehicle at their dealership, but we were treated like family. Craig & Scott went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and that our truck was back up and running within 24 hours. We will be back when it is time to upgrade vehicles.

Very nice people that work at this dealership. Everyone was very nice to us.
