The entire team at Aldermans GMC was amazing. Justin Pill was a great. Constant communication and no pressure whatsoever. He sent me pictures when my truck arrived, and worked around my schedule to come pickup the truck. Isiaih Jackson was also great. HORRIBLE SERVICE - Do not do business with them. I spent days going back and forth with them about a used vehicle (Jeep Gladiator). I'm 3 hours away and setup a time to go see the vehicle. Not once did they ask me if I'd like to put a deposit on it to hold it. I got all of my ducks in a row to take a 3 hour drive to VT this morning and they called at 7:20am to tell me it was gone. Last night at 6:00 they told me that no one bought it so I was safe to make the trip. How did it sell between 6pm when they were closed and 7:20am? I was supposed to make a trip for work and canceled that to go buy this truck. If they were wiling to take a deposit then why not offer me the same courtesy so I didn't waste days getting everything lined up to buy this truck? HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Worst experience ever ,horrible customer service sat at a desks for almost an hour while listening to them complaining about other customers, wrote a $250 rebate on contract if I signed up for credit card I didn?t want ,THEN couldn?t find ?code? so I got a credit card I didn?t want and still paid the $250 out of pocket!!! When called and asked to fax some info to bank they emailed me and said that?s the best they can do and fax machines were being used and busy with customers. I bought a $32,000 car They are just lucky I couldn?t find the car anywhere else and I wanted it.

Had a quote two months ago with a stipulation, that I needed a car of the period that it was being worked on. Two weeks prior to the appointment date I am told by the collision department that he never said anything of the kind.This dealership told me this, a lie to get me in the door. A call back from Mark Aldermann standing by his people who tell customer's what they want to hear, then when you come in they give you the you misunderstood.Do not trust this dealership, I have tried several times to purchase a car from this dealership and their tactics have not changed one bit.I used them a while back for collision work and I thought I would give them another chance,big mistake.Mr.Aldermann learn what ethics,honesty means not running a business telling your employee's to lie to customers.I will share me experience with many,I will find another business who cares about people,and their valuable time.

I leased my Chevy Bolt from Alderman's and just had the battery replaced as part of recall. Outstanding lease experience with this dealership and the service department could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend. These people really care.
