As usual, Alderman's did a great job on our annual service appointment. Craig and his team were efficient and punctual. They had us in and out in no time. Oil was changed and tires were rotated. Even got to watch a video taken by technician as he checked over the car, after which we were given a complimentary free car wash to make our Buick beautiful again.

When the decision to purchase from them was made, they handled all the details and the whole process very professionally until I drove the truck off the lot.

Great dealership that gives back to the community. Awesome deals during truck month! Around $10,000 off msrp. It was busy so it took a few hours to complete the whole process but other than that it was a great experience.
