October 2023. Annual service and check up. Was told that my S60 at 35k miles needed over 3000$ to pass inspection. Go home to my local garage and spent 27$. Yes 27 dollars! The techs @ Portland Volvo are rewarded for drumming up fictional repairs. Never again for sales or service. Beware! Don't walk away. Run away now!

Have used this dealership for our previous Volvo’s service, but this was our first time purchasing new from them. Heather Neville was amazing to work with and truly felt like she was working for us to get the best deal. Worked very hard to get us a specific XC-40 we were looking for, and eventually came through. Knew everything about the car in and out and had all the answers to our questions. The day we picked up the car she had everything lined up for us and her and the team at Portland Volvo made it quick and easy. Great experience and will buy all our future Volvo’s from here. We would highly recommend seeing Heather for your next Volvo.

I can’t say enough good things about Michael Pierter. His knowledge of the product is second to none. He listens to your needs and wants and can fit you to the right Volvo. After you purchase your vehicle he will always remember who you are and what you bought. I have purchased several Volvos from him over the years and will continue to in the future. He has always been honest and straight forward which in my opinion are amazing qualities to have not only in car sales but in life. He has them in both.
