This review is coming from a very satisfied customer of Yankee Ford South Portland The salesman by the name of Chris Solo Shared a good amount of enthusiasm in helping me get the particular vehicle that I needed His manner met the right balance of being very Helpful without being pushy He seemed to be not only happy to serve this particular dealership, but also treated this customer as if he was serving the customer also I appreciated that Modern sales transactions with everything that has to be taken into consideration, can get pretty hairy and complex I have to commend this sales person for being patient ,understanding, and having a positive temperament. as I said, neither too pushy but very helpful The next person that I had to deal with was Matt, who was the sales manager but now serves as finance manager Both sales person and Matt did make me feel like I was part of a family I think that they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the transaction Employee pricing for all was helpful I like keeping things as simple as possible and that was helpful Finally, the establishment itself, even though it seemed pretty busy, was comfortable and lent to a Positive and pleasant experience I would highly recommend this dealership And if the service department is nearly as good as the rest of the establishment, I look forward to having my transit van serviced there That’s about it for now Keep up the good work From this satisfied customer, Frank S
