Able to schedule oil change tire rotation with 2 days. brought it in to see Aria, in service. Also had a nail sticking out of my right rear tire. Not only did she ensure the service was expedited, but changed my air filter using my ford points. An hour and Half all was complete. Service there has always exceeded my expectations. Aria did a fantastic job as well as the mechanics who service my truck

I’ve bought several vehicles over the last five or six years from different brands and dealerships, so I’ve had plenty of experience with the usual sales tactics, negotiations, and finance process. My experience with Yankee Ford was easily one of the best. I live about two and a half hours away in Massachusetts, so before making the trip I worked with Shawn over the phone to make sure the numbers made sense. He was straightforward, easygoing, realistic, and never played the usual “you need to come in before we can really talk numbers” game. We worked through the vehicle price and my trade remotely, agreed on everything, and when I arrived the deal was exactly what we had discussed. There was an unexpected issue when I got to the dealership, but Shawn, the management team, and everyone involved went above and beyond to make it right. Instead of making excuses, they took responsibility and made sure I was taken care of. That says a lot about how they run their business. The finance process was just as transparent. No surprise mandatory packages, no hidden bundles, and no pressure. Every optional product was explained individually, including the cost, what it covered, and what it didn’t. As a former salesperson, I really appreciated the focus on selling value instead of just trying to load up the deal. Yankee Ford is two and a half hours from me, but the next time I’m shopping for a Ford, they’ll be the first dealership I check before looking locally. They earned that level of trust. Finance manager was well organized and prepared to offer the best product available. General manager thanked me for purchasing the vehicle from the dealership. I have a 1991 Ford F250 that's needed a lot of service since I've started restoring it. Yankee Ford has done about 90% of the work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Matt in service center is awesome to work with, and Connor in the shop does great work. I will continue to bring my truck there for service. I'm also having their body shop do the body work and paint. I highly recommend this dealership.
