We love yankee ford! Top service! We ordered our van with them and the process was fanastic. Any concerns we have had they have taken care of. The service department is wonderful. Overall I cannot say enough good. We will always use yankee ford !

Excellent service, on time and done quickly. The service area was clean and provided comfortable waiting area. The service agent kept me informed and actually helped me with pricing on the parts for my truck.

Have always had great customer service . Everyone was always friendly. Coffee and snakes always available. Waiting time is reasonable. I enjoy the South Portland dealership .

2022 F150 Raptor , has had the AC/Heating service 4 times
2022 F150 Raptor , has had the AC/Heating service 4 times , first was when the vehicle arrived pre delivery , one time I was told there was no problem ( yet they found a loose connector and maybe that fixed it ), then a refill of refrigerant was done no leaks found ( die put in ) and was told it likely came from the factory like this , Segway back to the previous AC complaint ,, to this week , was told there was no refrigerant and no leak was found and in the next breath was told it was obviously leaking ( no refrigerant found ) and they put dye in and told me I would have to come back after 3k miles ( roughly) or when it no longer cools to find the leak ,, while I am not a mechanic I do know there are other methods for leak detection that are much more sensitive than using dye , I am a little surprised that no one sees any of this as an issue as all of this has been going on since new and that's under 3 years ago ??
