I ask to show me how the tonneau cover workis.

I ask to show me how the tonneau cover workis. They found out the tonneau covers is broken. I was told the cover was under warranty by the Yankee Custom Truck & SUV Accessories. I went to the Yankee Custom Truck & SUV Accessories. Which I was told was not cover by warranty. I was the third owner of the truck. Only the first owner warranty was good for the tonneau cover. That made me check out the truck more found the right side head light has water getting the light fogging the lens.

Bill at Yankee was hands down the best salesperson I have

Bill at Yankee was hands down the best salesperson I have dealt with in the auto industry. I was a loyal GM customer and have happily made the switch to Ford due to the people at Yankee. I was in a tough situation with a GM and I was able to come out feeling good about the deal I made.

Yankee Ford provided quick and courteous service. Their customer service is friendly and professional. I am pleased with the quality of the work and able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I like the serveral seperated areas for customers to wait while work is being completed. The complimentary pastry-donut case with options for coffee and tea is thoughful and yummy! I also appreciate the shuttle when needed.

The one question I asked was never answered all you tried

The one question I asked was never answered all you tried to do was sell me other vehicles. All I wanted was the price of the mustang not a sales pitch on other vehicles I had no interest in. It was your website . And it specifically said get a price quote not once did you guys offer me the price. I hate dealerships that try to upsell or sell you something else without addressing my question

My relationship with Yankee ford started online. Robie and I conversed extensively via text (my preferred method) and then I went in to view the vehicle. Being extremely happy with the vehicle, I began the purchase process which Robie and Nate made VERY easy, comfortable, and FAST! I would be remiss if I did not mention that I was disappointed with aspects of my trade valuation, but Robie's explanation of the situation was acceptable to me.
