I came in just to look and compare prices. Geno took my requests and interests very seriously, answering all my questions and concerns with a smile. When we found some cars to test drive, he pulled them all up to the door for me. Geno is very personable, professional, helpful, and attentive. He radiates positivity and made my car buying experience an excellent one. We worked together to bring the list price down into my budget after trading in my beloved 20 year old car. We had the extreme pleasure of talking to and working with Gene Arentz who my husband knew from our families bar and bowling alley. I have been looking at Subarus for a couple of years and knew that is where my next car search would start! I was not alone...before I started my search one of my best friends purchased a Subaru from Dahl in LaCrosse (when 2 other Subaru dealers were closer to her) and my brother and sister in law puchased one from Dahl as well!!! Both told us how wonderful they were to work with! I loved being able to text Meg - part of the customer support team about setting up an appoint to test drive. It was really convenient! Alex was a great help during our test drive experience. He was very knowledgeable about the models. After the drive it was really nice to get a follow up text from Meg to make sure everything went well and to see if we had any questions. It wasn’t pushy in anyway but was a nice gesture. Once we decided to buy we made an appointment. The car was shined and detailed when we got there. The paperwork was a very quick and easy process and the kid play room they have kept our young boys occupied while we took care of the details! Thank you Dahl automotive!!!!
