Meeting Alex Absalon at Dahl made the purchase of a new vehicle an exciting experience instead of daunting one. He gave me detailed information on the various styles in the Subaru line, allowed me to decide which one best suited my needs and never pressured me about anything during the discovery process of purchasing a new car. He was always available to answer any of my questions. My experience went so smoothly that I would recommend Alex and Dahl to any of my friends in the market for a new car. It was an experience to meet Alex the moment we walked into his work area. He was very cordial in welcoming us as someone who was interested in the possibility of purchasing a vehicle, used or new. He was very considerate about our answers to the necessary questions he asked concerning our desires. We could tell he was very patient and in no hurry for us to make quick decisions all through the time spent with Alex. He showed that he wanted us to have the understanding of the comfort, affordability, all the amenities, etc. that the vehicle had in which we showed an interest. We just bought our dream car, a brand new Subaru Forester. Alex has been working with us for the last several months as we were torn between new and used. He regularly updated us on used inventory coming in. After several visits with him and test drives of both new and used we opted for the new one due to the 0% financing. Our son currently is driving our 15 year old Forester that we bought at Dahl 11 years ago! We are loyal, local customers and truly appreciate Alex's patience and attention to detail. I just purchased a new Subaru Outback with the help of Geno Arentz, and felt that the whole experience from beginning to end was seamless because of his help. He even tracked down the exact color/model that I was looking for from hundreds of miles away and had it delivered to the dealership for me. We felt the customer service that he and the rest of the Dahl crew offered was excellent, and we were happy to give this company our business. Jim Abeyta was very helpful as well with getting us all set up with our payments, and we truly appreciate the level of knowledge and professionalism he brought to our car-buying experience. We would highly recommend Dahl Hyundai Mazda Subaru, as the employees were all great to work with and we ended up with the exact car we were looking for!

Dave Launsbrough, my salesperson did a very good job, financing dude Jim, also did a good job. Only negative experience I had is when getting the lowest price. The salesperson had to go to the manager and we went back and forth. This is a knock on the buying process with pretty much all dealerships. This process is still the same from when I bought my first car in 1984. Give the salesperson the ability to give me the absolute lowest price. Or, let me deal with the manager right up front. Going back and forth from salesperson to manager wastes time and causes frustration. Dealerships all say they give you the lowest price up front - this is crap. Everything is negotiable. You cant get the lowest price until you ask. Again this is no reflection on this dealership. Its an outdated practice - let me order a car on-line from Amazon!

The experience up to financing was great. The guy who did the financing was pushy and annoying, after that was over the rest of my purchase was great.

Everyone was so willing to help us find who and what we needed. The SUV was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, all programmed and ready to take off. They have a nice co-worker work ethic.
