Reliable and Honest Dealer and Service Department

We live in Virginia, but buy our cars from Babbs and use it for service whenever we are in Michigan and the timing works.

A pleasant experience

Jeff worked with us and found a vehicle that he thought we would like, that would meet our needs and that we could afford. (and it had a hitch!) Monica helped us get our loan through and answered any questions we had. You serviced the vehicle so it was in the best possible condition when we took it off the lot. You gave us a loaner, (our old van) while the Journey went up to the Dodge dealership for service. You were friendly and caring through the whole process. Thank you. We love our "new to us" vehicle!

small town dealer - personal service - family feel

When I went to pay for the service, the cashier and service attendant didn't even know if the tires had been rotated when I asked. the attendant had to go ask the mechanic. Seems to be a disconnect between the mechanics and the the personnel that interface with the customers. I prefer to know exactly what's been done and the results of all inspections. Work was done well and I had a good coupon so the work was at a good price. The waiting area was among the salesmen so the eavesdropping was interesting. Small town dealership made you feel at home.

nice experience

Brought a 2016 Fusion. Love the car. Salesman Chuck was very helpful. Staff went above and beyond to help out with a little problem. Thanks so much. Nice experience

2013 ford 150 front brake were warped they turned them feels better now then two days later battery went dead was replaced truck shifts hard when cold from 1st to second not fixed yet

Great Service!

I leased a 2016 Escape which is the first time having this model. I started leasing in 2006 with a Fusion and have had three additional lease term with Fusions. The staff is top notch and made it clear that they were there to serve my needs. I am pleased with this vehicle.
