Ryan was very helpful, professional, and friendly.

Ryan was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He made my experience quick and easy. I have only been to the dealership a handful of times but I always leave highly satisfied with the service and overall experience.

Your advertising says great deals if your credit score is

Your advertising says great deals if your credit score is 800 plus, really? I bought my truck from you. Let’s get this right $269 a month with a credit score or 800? Right, on your commercial. How many Customers do you get with this high rating? Please? Scam. 10 thousand of miles per year? Right? Today, that’s not reasonable. That’s were the scam is, my belief . You pay more after 10 thousand miles. I was thinking of bringing my truck in for a new truck, based on your fine print? I won’t. How can you get away with this, 800 score? I’m 76 credit score. I’m bummed, I’m going elsewhere.

I called Wally Edgar when I saw advertising for sign and

I called Wally Edgar when I saw advertising for sign and drive. Our lease end was fast approaching. My husband usually takes care of buying/leasing our vehicles, but he has been ill since before Christmas and is immune compromised. We have leased our vehicles from Graff in Davison (also purchased 2 new cars there in the past and have been more than happy there but we liked the idea of sign and drive since money is tight for us right now.) I called Wally Edgar and spoke to Brad Hammond. I explained our situation and he took care of all of the details. We took care of all of the paper work on the phone, through emails and Brad even had the new truck delivered to us. He was awesome and the whole experience was stress-free for us. I am so thankful for Brad and all of his help. Wally Edgar was awesome through Brad.

We were referred to him by our Priest at Church. Justin has helped my family purchase two vehicles from him so far. Great service, no xx, and transparency in pricing. He was very fair and accommodating. I think it's also great that his family is from the local Lake Orion community. His grandfather Wally was an integral part of building up the community.

Got me in with no wait.

Got me in with no wait. Offered me information regarding my car and was needed. Did an oil/change and tire rotation. Only waited about 30-40 minutes while the work was being done. I liked the aspect that I didn't have to make an appt. for an oil change, and that you offered drive-up service. Great job!
