Macdonald Motors Ford

I bought new black rims for my Jeep Wrangler and tried to have the tires mounted on the new rims at another service center. Not only could they not do it, they damaged one of my new rims in the process. After making them reimburse me and getting another rim, I took my Wrangler to Macdonald Motors Ford & Lincoln, where they mounted the tires and installed the new rims on my Jeep with no issues at all. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership!

When bringing my vehicles for mechanical and/or body service, I have always experienced the highest, most professional, courteous, service. From checking-in with Dale or Gary for mechanical repairs or maintenance, to dropping off a vehicle with Chris at the body shop for adjustments or repairs, everyone has been polite, respectful and clear on what needs to be completed to keep my vehicles at optimum performance. Impeccable mechanics, body shop men, and friendly front office personnel to help check-in/check-out with a smile. I like keeping my vehicles in good working order along with keeping them looking great and I am completely comfortable with putting that responsibility in the hands of the MacDonald Motors Auto Group. Came from out of town to buy a used dump truck. Was treated very well. I felt very comfortable talking with Don, my salesperson. He was very upfront with me about the vehicle and I felt I was buying from someone that I knew and he wasn't just trying to make another sale. Price was fair and the quality of the work they had done to the vehicle had surpassed my expectations. I will be using this dealership again for all of my truck purchasing needs, even though it is more of a travel for me than other Ford dealerships in my area.

I have had my 2008 Focus serviced here a couple of times now and am very happy with Dale, Gary and Bob, who performed the repairs on my Focus. For several months I truly knew for a new car I should shop. But I was actually quite reluctant because MECHANICAL I AM NOT! However, good friends Del and Grace knew I was a very old lady in need! They decided to do some checking to find a car that had some speed! They happened to be in North Conway, not far from the Macdonald Motors Ford lot and decided to stop by and check it out, a car for me they just might spot! Well, lo and behold! there was a Ford Fusion parked in the middle of the lot. Del liked the engine, Grace liked the color and both decided it should be bought! They met a salesman, his name was Don and they told me all about him. I listened silently and thought he's knowledgeable, pleasant and has some vim. And since I respect and appreciate the Gilpatricks, I listened to their tale of woe. I decided we should visit the lot and was primed to give it a go! So, September 1st, we three took off on our journey to find a car. We met up with the salesman, Don. My first impression - "how lucky we three are". I liked Don and I liked the car and everything seemed just fine. But that console and those xxxx buttons absolutely blew my mind! In short, my visit to Macdonald Motors Ford was an experience I'll not forget! In fact, it was most enjoyable, I bought...and I wrote the check! Will I recommend Don and Macdonald Motors Ford?? For sure, I'll spread the word. Even though I'm a very quiet soul, I know that I'll be heard! But do keep in mind when selling, get to know your buyer well, because every old lady needs a salesman named Don and a great mechanic and friend named Del!

Over the years I have purchased nine vehicles from McDonald Motors, most recently a 2011 F-150. Although I have checked with other dealers and on line for comparisons, I would not purchase a vehicle elsewhere. My experiences there have really been that good. All members of the sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make one comfortable and the experience hassle free. One can purchase a vehicle there and expect to leave with a feeling of satisfaction and fairness. In addition to purchase satisfaction, I always deal with MacDonald Motors to take advantage of the excellent service. In fact, I don see how the service could be much better. The service staff is friendly, competent, and efficient. They seem to always keep the convenience and concerns of the customer in mind from routine service to more serious problems. Maintenance issues are carefully and clearly explained as are the options for dealing with them. Customers can count on both themselves and their vehicles being cared for properly.
