Mercedes Benz of Bend

The staff at Mercedes Benz of Bend are the best! They are professional, knowledgeable and fun! The process was no pressure and I was offered lots of purchase options. If you are in need of a new Mercedes or quality pre-owned vehicle, start at Mercedes Benz of Bend!!

Absolutely nonprofessional, horrible service!

Absolutely nonprofessional, horrible service! This is my second experience with Mercedes- Benz of Bend and it is horrible again ... I made an appointing for a seasonal tires change at month ago (I chose available time and day) I had an appointment for 9.30 AM on April 15, 2021. I brought my car according to my appointment time. The Mercedes- Benz of Bend staff told me that tires on my car will be changed within a maximum of 2 hours. I took a taxi and drove at home. After 3 hours I came by taxi again and asked if I could pick up off my car? But they told me what they don't have time for my car and not even going to start working with my car yet. I should arrive a few hours later, but they don't know what time and I should wait until evening! Question: - Why to promise to start work at 9.30 AM and nobody know at what real time they can start and finish work? In November 2020, I had a service at Mercedes- Benz of Bend too. After work was done, they print for me record with history of my car - when I looked at it carefully, I saw completely fake mileage for my car (the mileage of my car was increased by more than 5K miles!) Nobody apologized for poor quality work. And now spring 2021 - again this horrible and nonprofessional work! Highly not recommend this "company", you will only waste your time and money! Be very careful and check all records from them - an unpleasant surprise may await you.

Very poor experience in my 2015 E63 sAMG CPO buy

In December 2019, sight unseen from Aptos, Ca., I purchased a 2015 CPO E63sAMG wagon from Kendall Mercedes of Bend with 21k miles. Car was delivered to me by truck. The required written and extensive 174 point "CPO" inspection and report clearly indicated, in respect to car's braking system, that "rotors" and pads/discs had been "Replaced". In May, 2020, in connection with other service at Mercedes Benz of Monterey, Ca., I was presented with a $5,000 plus bid to replace the car's worn out brake rotors and pads/discs, and was advised by Mercedes Monterey that the car's rotors and discs/pads had not been previously replaced, as the CPO report had indicated. I have twice contacted Kendall and manager who handled my purchase about this and they have refused to discuss it or reimburse me for their $5,000 misrepresentation/error or take any action. A small claims action is currently being filed in August. Additionally, Kendall refused to honor the Mercedes Benz "CPO" "return policy" also clearly and specifically spelled out in the official Mercedes "CPO" purchase literature provided by online and personally to all CPO purchasers. The E63 wagon was fulling inspected, well serviced and in premier condition, as promised at the point of purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Bend in late 2018. We do not take Mercedes-Benz certification lightly and strive for exceptional client care so we took a very deep dive into you concern with the assistance of Mercedes-Benz as well as the dealership you referenced. While we respect your concern it doesn't seem to match what we have found. We have reviewed the Repair Order you are referencing from Mercedes-Benz of Monterey and on June 05, 2019, which is 6 months and 6211 miles after your purchase Monterey's service invoice shows the opposite of what you are expressing. It clearly states that neither the pads or rotors needed replacement. At your request, they performed the inspection with measurements included which again shows they are not recommended for replacement and also include the mm they still had left until minimum standards would be reached. To make sure there was no miscommunication Mercedes-Benz confirmed with Mercedes-Benz Monterey neither brake pads or rotors where not recommended and were not replaced by you in conjunction with your visit. We do have a copy of the inspection on file that matches yours should you require it for further review. In response to the Used Vehicle return policy, Mercedes-Benz does have a very generous exchange program for the first 7 days/500 miles of ownership which we do honor. This is a great program to make sure people find the right vehicle for there needs in a very reasonable window. 6 months and 6,211 miles would obviously fall well outside of the program parameters. Thanks for expressing your concern and after much research, we can confirm the vehicle was delivered with the quality we promised.

New Purchase of Mercedes E450 at Mercedes of Bend

Buying a new Mercedes at Mercedes of Bend was a wonderful experience. Jennifer and Erich are outstanding sales professionals. They were not pushy in any way. They thoroughly made sure I knew of all options available on the new car and provided extremely useful guidance along the way. Best experience in buying a new car that I have ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone. Best bar none.

Great experience with salesman Cash!

We bought a used Escalade from them when I turned in my leased mercedes GLE and our sales person was Cash. He was very nice and polite. The used car mgr came in and talked to us directly when negotiating about different options and was very respectful. They stayed open late for us to purchase the car. It was a very easy process and quick! I recommend them to anyone. When you shop high end you get the best all around!

UPDATE THE GEN. MGR. NEVER CONTACTED ME TOTAL LIE!

This is an update to my post of DEC 7th. The general mgr, never contacted or tried to contact me, as they state in their response. They have my home phone, cell phone, home address, no contact what so ever! The same time they posted their response, I received an email from a service mgr. INTERESTING that they responded from a bad review with lies. Not giving up they do not stand behind their certification process.

Poor customer service

Do not purchase a certified vehicle from this dealership. They do not stand behind this warranty. I took my vehicle to another Mercedes dealership for service, They found issues with the vehicles suspension. I contacted Bend Mercedes service mgr. after several tries, they do not return calls, finally talked with the service mgr. He made excuse after excuse about the issue, and would not stand behind the warranty. I have real concerns that this vehicle ever went through a certification process at Mercedes of Bend. BUYER BEWARE They also will not send me any certification papers on the vehicle, I think that tells the story in itself.
