After paying $2000 to fix my breaks, my radio and clock

After paying $2000 to fix my breaks, my radio and clock had stopped working. They wanted $130 to run a diagnosis. After a repeated circular arguments and some patronizing statements by the manager, they agreed to run the diagnostics for free but not until I had to threaten them with filing a complaint with the state consumer protection bureau. Their "diagnostics" showed power going to my radio and clock. However their crack team of technicians couldn't tell why the radio and the clock was not working and the management did not take responsibility. They blamed it on my "xxxxty luck" (their words, not mine). I had to run to a doctor's appointment which the Kiefer "team" could care less about. One star is too generous!

My car buying experience here was exceptional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs and budget. They patiently answered all my questions and ensured the process was smooth and stress-free. The sales team were great.

The sales team were great. Unfortunately the rest is absolutely awful. They gave me one keyfob and it was broken with electrical tape on it and the emergency key is missing. They will not replace it or give me a nother one. I spent thousands on a warranty and car and they can’t even do that. Plus I bought my car in the rain and dark and found all kinds of dents on scratches on it after. I would not recommend since they can’t take care of their buyer. They only care about the sale.

All I can say is the smiles are not the only thing to be

All I can say is the smiles are not the only thing to be cautious of. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dealership ans this place reminded me of why. Make sure to READ everything you sign. They are thinking of themselves and the $$ not you the buyer. All the while it was visiting I didn’t read everything and got a fast one on the amount of 5k in warranties pushed to me. They eventually made it right it was just a huge inconvenience.

Trevor made the buying process easy and April in finance

Trevor made the buying process easy and April in finance made the job of filling out millions of pieces of paper actually fun! I will buy here again.

Best new car buying experience ever.

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure, no trying to upgrade, just great customer service. I has set up a time to meet with Carlena as we were coming from out of town and from that first moment I knew that we would be in great hands. All questions were answered, nothing hidden, everything on the up and up. We felt that we were treated very fairly and the next time we want to buy a car Kiefer Mazda and Carlena will be our first choice. Oh by the way we LOVE our Mazda CX 5 also!

No More Kiefer - Maybe No More Mazda

Service Department: pretty good. I'm pleased with them. Sales Department: Pretty Underhanded. We decided to go ahead and trade in our 2018 Mazda3 in 2022 because mileage was getting close to 100k and we wanted to take advantage of the increased trade in value, which was about 16k. We had already been there and we were aware of the price of a new 2022 CX5. We got there late in the afternoon and had my 1.5 year old granddaughter with me (mistake). It wasn't until we were about to do the deal we we're informed of an additional $3699.00 dealer markup on the car. As it turns out USA auto makers Ford and Chevy have issued press releases stating that this amounts to bad conduct and they intend to punish their dealers for these unwarranted markups, but no such press release from Mazda USA. This was not divulged at all on the web site. all toll, with the gap insurance and extended warranty, the 30k car was now being quoted to me for about 39k. I said there's no way I can pay that and I'm not going to, so the manager said he had a little advertising budget money he might be able to work with. He basically returned with a price that had my $4k down payment subtracted from the total. by the time we got into F&I with the restless grand kid, I just didn't catch it. Another sad note. They sold our trade in to our niece by coincidence 1 week later and marked the car up $8k without doing anything to it. About the 2022 CX5; Under powered motor-it's the same one as in the Mazda3. Still no back seat child warnings - 2015 Impala has that! Key fob was designed such that a standard key ring wont fit in the slot. Who does that?

Place is scam an they sell you messed up cars n charge u to fix it when it has a so called warranty both vehicles lb es we bought were newer an both ended up with problems I have a fam member who works 4 them fxxxx kiefer

These are rude individuals I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy they put cars on their lot that two weeks later Transmissions go out of and everything else no no no don't lie here
