I contacted Kendall Ford of Eugene through their website

I contacted Kendall Ford of Eugene through their website regarding a specific certified used vehicle at their dealership. I immediately received a phone call, followed by a text message. I was able to get all my questions answered and negotiate a deal prior to going to the dealership in person. On arrival, my sales person had the vehicle ready for inspection and a test drive. The sales team I worked with was friendly, professional, and non aggressive. Ronnie answered my questions and eased my fears about my transition to an EV. I left there with a planned route home (long drive to Olympia, WA) confident and happy in my 2023 Ford Mustang Mach E.

The most comically bad experience I've ever had buying

The most comically bad experience I've ever had buying anything. I wish I was making this story up. Came in early for an arranged appointment to pay for a vehicle we had already picked out and all the details were already arranged, and were put to the very back of the line even though we could have been out in five minutes. Waited three hours, and when we got into the finance office, obviously annoyed that the dealership did not honor our appointment, we were asked by the finance manger Keith Brewer "Wow we're a lively bunch of coconuts aren't we?". We replied "We've been waiting three hours even though we had an appointment" to which he sarcastically replied in a singsong mocking voice "Oh noooooooooo~". Our papers were signed and we were gone in less than five minutes after waiting three hours for them to try to fleece the kids and families they put ahead of us. Honoring our agreed upon appointment would not have affected the other customers at all, but being mocked to our faces as if being annoyed that we were deliberately shoved to the back of the line because the deal was done and you "already had our money" was unreasonable was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Again, I wish I was making this up, it was like a scene from TV.
