The best experience I have ever had at a dealershi

Truly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Steve was so knowledgeable and patient. I love my new 2500 Silverado!! I feel confident that this truck will preform as stated.

Excellent dealer and lots of knowledge. Our salesman was very attentive. The sale was easy and as stress free as it gets. I will definitely buy another vehicle from here again!

New Silverado

Phil was great to work with. The staff were engaging and informative. No pressure sales. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. I would consider this dealership in future purchases.

No return phone calls

Talked to Eric was told the truck I was looking at was a diesel got Financed and was told it was not a diesel Said they had rip up my contract No phone calls back they owe me a diesel truck for that price

Hi Todd, again our apologies that the Silverado 2500 was listed with incorrect information. We're having some issues with a third party that lists our information on Facebook Marketplace, and we made the mistake of not double checking to confirm that it was, in fact, a diesel. We did shred your contract to keep it going through the bank since you initially indicated you were not interested in the truck. We don't have any similar diesel trucks in our inventory at that price point, which is why Eric Bonde mentioned he'd check around the area and with our other Menholt dealerships to see if we could find something similar for you. 20 year customer, will NEVER go back! Crooks!

They try to milk you of every dime even after being loyal customer for 20 years. Service Dept charges for unnecessary things. Salesmen Treat younger generation and women like we are stupid. Add items onto loan we didn’t ask for! Please review financing contacts carefully so they don’t slip in items you told them you didn’t want. When we complained no one had time for us even after doing business for so long and buying around 10 vehicles through them. They lost myself and my family and friends as customers. Word of mouth goes a long way. I gave them every opportunity to make it right and they didn’t care. More worried about next sale and going to lunch then loyal customers. Very disappointed. We like Chevy vehicles but will be going to spearfish from now on. Also, once sale is final good luck getting any service from salesmen with questions after the fact. They are done with you. They don’t stand behind work nor want to help once sale is final. I called salesman several times about my concerns and he was too busy to help. Tried to get us to buy new tires on a new car that had 5000k miles on it. I guess the senior staff thinks everyone is dumb. Worst experience! I feel robbed!

Toyota Highlander

Jermaine was very helpful and patient. He also said we could come back and see him if we had any questions at all. He is a kind, quality person. Also, Jerry closed the deal with efficiency and in a timely manner.

New used truck

Was out and about and decided to stop by and look for a new to me truck. Phil met me and sold me a 3/4 ton truck and did a great job, thanks to Krista as well those two are great people who understand needs and they work with you terrifically!!! Good experience

Good experience

Great people, great experience. Need to be a bit more relatable to women and their thinking in buying a vehicle. I feel women think differently than a man and have a different perspective. Would love to see more women in the sales force of selling and financing a new vehicle.

Cole is a fair, honest salesman. Very satisfied!

I purchased from Rapid Chevy 7 years ago. I was in need of a new vehicle to accommodate my growing family. Every dealership in town seemed like they were trying to sucker me. Finally I went back to Cole at Rapid Chevy. He was very honest and straight forward. I was very satisfied doing business here.
