Appointment date was over 2 weeks out but the Owatonna

Appointment date was over 2 weeks out but the Owatonna dealership provided a loaner once I brought the vehicle in and serviced my vehicle in a timely matter. A different dealership thought it was a different part that was on back order 2 months.

Well I would like to say that when I had the car towed

Well I would like to say that when I had the car towed there they said they would get to it that day it's an easy job next day It wasn't done I tried contacting them they didn't contact me back and when they did contact me back they said something about the VIN numbers not matching up so they made a wrong key I gave them the old fob and the old key that works for the doors and when I paid for the service they had already been closed and the lady at the front didn't know anything about anything no knowledge on nothing and so I pretty much paid for a service that I didn't get I would say that is not good service

A message appeared on my screen saying connected services

A message appeared on my screen saying connected services needed to be checked. I had it checked on a Tues. By Thurs., the message was back. I had the same message about a month ago. Took the car in on a Mon. By Fri., the message was back. I'm at a point where I really don't know what to do!
