Scott Kivus gave us a lot of his time - he took us for a long test drive and went out of his way to be helpful. Sue in financing was also very helpful. Wonderful Customer Service!! My wife and I recently needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle. We used the Emerson website to view the inventory. We selected our vehicle and were immediately contacted by Eric Mortenson. Eric was very professional and treated us like friends instead of just an everyday joe. His courtesy and respect went along way with us and his positive demeanor was the single factor that lead us to buy with Emerson rather than across the street. Eric had great communication with us and was helpful at getting the vehicle serviced after we had a minor defect which was discovered a week after buying the car. With gas prices hoovering around $4.00 a gallon, I was driving a 2002 Jeep Wrangler X, my dream vehicle... however the gas prices were really adding up at 15 to 18 mpgs. So I emailed my favorite sales manager Vinnie Goulette and begged him to get me out of the Jeep. He immediately emailed me back and said "we just got this great car in... 2013 Chevy Spark, you should come check it out after work... I picked up my Mom and we headed over. I loved it from the minute I saw it, small, but really roomy, 40 mpgs, 10 air bags, I could go on and on. I took it for a spin and it was a done deal. I had met my salesperson before and as usual Jeff Keene was a gentlemen... opening doors for my Mom and I. When I went in to pick the car up, it literally took 5 minutes to sign the paperwork and then I was on my way with a brand new care and a FULL TANK OF GAS... I would recommend Emerson to anyone who wants great customer service and an easy buying experience. They have made it very clear if I need anything at all to just call them. It's a no brainer!

My first contact with Emerson was by email on questions about a SUV. All of my emails were answered very promptly, which was great. I started with email because I live an hour and a half from the dealership, and I was surprised and liked that Johnny, the salesman offered to meet me half way to test drive the SUV.
