Service Department is horrible.
Service Department is horrible. Took my brand new 2024 trax in for a routine oil change , When I got it back the entire driver side was covered in oil hand prints as well as the visor. When I spoke to the manager I was treated like I was the problem. They offered to clean and detail my car. And I was told the service manager would over see everything. I ended up scheduling this and taking off the day 🙃 from work. When my car was returned I was rushed out the door, and my new car was still very much stained, and the manager who was supposed to over see everything was nowhere to be found. I'm beyond angry They offered to rewash it. No Thank you !!!!! And again I'm the problem 😕 I will never ever do business again with Gaurenty in Junction city. I haven't decided if I want to go to small claims court 🙄 yet

WOW, gotten VERY EXPENSIVE
Went in for an oil change. They recommended that we change our windshield wipers. The cost of that service was to be $131.95 to CHANGE THE WIPER BLADES. EGGS are no longer cheaper in the country of Junction City.

Guaranty Chevrolet Has Your Back.
This is the same review I wrote on your websites Google Reviews Yesterday. 5/9/2022 Back in 2020 I came on the market in search for a new pickup. I searched around starting with the Ford Ranger. Although the Ranger looked nice, the interior was too small and crammed for my liking. I also wanted a pickup with a full bed and crew cab and ended up checking out the Chevy Colorado and let me tell you, this fit the bill! I drove down to Guaranty Chevrolet from Corvallis and met Brandon Whittington. He let me test drive the 2020 Colorado and I fell in love with Chevy instantly. Sadly, due to the pandemic the choices for available vehicles were slim and ordering one was kinda tough with the microchip delays. Over the past few years, Brandon kept in touch and finally in the Spring of this year (2022), I was ready to order exactly what I was looking for. With the help of Brandon, I was able to custom order exactly what I wanted to fit my lifestyle and budget. In March I made the order. I was expecting the vehicle to take 4-6 months to be built and was ready for the wait. On the first week of April, I got the unexpected message from Brandon that my Colorado was starting production on the 4th. Exciting news! Again, I was expecting this truck to be finished in 4-6 months. A week later, another surprise! My truck finished production and was waiting to board a train in Missouri. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Fast forward a month later, May 4th. I get the call from Brandon that my truck had arrived! The financing application process only took a matter of minutes on my computer and Brandon called me right back to say I could get my truck that day if I wanted. I said, ABSOLUTELY! Without a ride to the dealership, Brandon drove over an hour to pick me up to bring me to Guaranty to pick up my new Colorado Z71! The paperwork took a little bit while they detailed the truck but let me tell you, the Folks at Guaranty went above and beyond to take care of me. Being a veteran, Brandon helped me get all of the discounts and rebates available for me and within no-time, I was on the road, driving home in my brand new, gorgeous Colorado.He also sat in the vehicle and helped me set up my OnStar account and taught me everything I needed to get on the road safely that day. I tell you what, I have never been happier than I am behind the wheel of my new Chevy. It has been 18 years since I have had a new vehicle and every time I look at this truck, the idea of owning this vehicle is all surreal to me. The folks at Guaranty really came through for me as a veteran and an individual, I cannot appreciate Brandon and the folks at the dealership more. It is great to now be a part of the Chevy and Guaranty family. I wouldn't recommend anyone else out there. Much gratitude, Brent
