New Car Buying
Stopped by to replace my Explorer Sport Track. I've been looking between a Ranger and the Escape (I really didn't need another truck). Cam let me drive both, and encouraged a long enough test drive to experience the car. I ended up with a new Escape Titanium that they had to get elsewhere. No hassels, no problems, and the car was with a couple days. This is our second car from them, and their maintenance for my wife's car has always been outstanding.

My wife and I stopped into Ripleys a couple weeks ago to look around, and shopping for a new truck and plow. My wife and I have lived in this town our entire lives, and as far as we can remember we have only bought (one) vehicle from Ripleys over the years. We were soon met by the salesperson by the name of Cam Robinson. Who was very courteous and once we told him we had bought several vehicles from Joe Galletta (the owner) he immediately went to get Joe. Now Joe is a person that you automatically gravitate to. A great personality. We told him what we were up to, and he found the exact vehicle that we were looking for. We had to wait a week for it to come in, but that was ok, because we were in no hurry. Besides, I had just filled my tank, and wanted to burn that off before we traded. Joe and Cam are very professional, and knowledgeable people. Not pushy at all. We like that. We made a trade that was to our liking and picked up the truck on Friday. Just what we had expected. Ripley and Fletcher is an very old local business with lots of local roots, and Joe Is making that a reality these days. He supports the community big time. Everyone who we have met, have been so friendly and kind to both of us. It was like old home days. We have not dealt with the service department at this time, but I am sure if that department is like the rest,we will be very happy with this dealer. Thank you Joe and Cam. Great experience.

I had an outstanding experience buying my new truck. Our salesman was courteous and super helpful. The finance manager couldn't be better. The whole dealership oozes friendliness and sincerity. Even a brief encounter with the service manager was really pleasant (don't worry, nothing wrong with the Ranger, we love it). I would recommend this dealership unequivocally.

Outstanding Sales Team at Ripley and Fletcher.
I went to Ripley and Fletcher on Wednesday window shopping. I had an internet listing from another dealer in my pocket. I was approached by Cam Robinson and I told him I was basically window shopping. I showed him the listing I had, told him what I wanted for options, what I owed on my trade in and what I expected. I wanted to keep my payments the same or lower than I was currently paying. I did not have my trade in with me since I was just window shopping. Cam, along with Hank, went out of their way to find me a vehicle that met all my needs and wants. I even received a fair offer for my trade as is - sight unseen! It was in the ball park of what I was expecting. The dealership was closed Thursday (4th of July), so Friday they went to another dealership to get me my new F150. I stopped in this morning, dropped off my trade-in and picked up my new truck. My payments ended coming in $5.00 a month less until I added a few more options (like GAP Insurance which I also recommend). My final payments are $37.55 higher but that was because of my last minute changes. The team at Ripley and Fletcher lived up to their end of the agreement and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Ripley and Fletcher and Cam Robinson for your next vehicle!
I was very pleased with the service and particularly grateful that I was provided with a loaner during the time that my vehicle was being repaired. Staff in the repair department are always very friendly as well!

Warranty service on front end
I received warranty service on my 2016 Taurus for a front end noise. The work was performed in a timely manner and appears to have corrected the defect. My only complaint is that I had to notify Service on three different occasions that they had the incorrect contact phone number. For some reason, all notices were left at my residential phone (land line) in Massachusetts, when, in fact, I live locally in Casco and operate exclusively from a cell phone. This glitch caused me a few days delay in the service during a very busy holiday season. The loaner vehicle (new Ford Escape) was low mileage, clean, and a pleasure to drive. My work was performed in about 1 1/2 days, very reasonable. Thank you to R & F.
