Service department is extremely disorganized and uninvolved. Just getting a somewhat straight answer resembles an interrogation.

I bought my jeep 2022 new here 9 months ago. Great salesman and office staff. Today I called trying to get in for service bc I couldn't get my bright lights to stay on. Living north of th 45th parallel in the woods and wintery conditions brights are a necessity. They couldn't get me in til Monday (it's Friday at 4:45) but Scott in their service department walked me through a few things and we got them working. So grateful! 5/5☆

Stopped in after shopping in Manistee with a sudden loss of tire pressure. A salesman named Lou jumped on it right away himself, adjusted all my tire pressures and had me on my way in minutes! Thank you Lou!!

We tried to work with Brant but started getting "attitude" when we weren't going to make a decision right away. We decided to wait 6 months till we could save up more than $4000 for down payment. And we weren't pleased with the price/payments that we were given. He ended up sending me a text that said he didn't like doing his job for someone else because someone had contacted them about a dealer exchange for a truck we had looked at...and it wasn't even for us!! WE WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

Excellent customer service. Friendly and very apologetic for a small glitch that occurred when ordering my snow tires. It is wonderful to see that all Watson locations are the best.
