Friendly people.

Purchased a Ford Focus from this dealership. Past buying experiences at other dealerships were not fun. Nick our salesperson was very knowledgeable and very polite. Chris the finance guy was too notch. Certainly knows the system Inside out. They both made the buying experience very enjoyable. They are very special people and Zumbrota Ford is lucky to have them.

Zumbrota Ford truly for the people!!!!!!

We had the honor of dealing with Justin and we could not have been happier. We came for the Lincoln Towncar and that is just what we got. Tim and Justin and the whole team made us really feel like a part of the family. They really are for the people and we are soooooo glad we chose Zumbrota Ford. They knew how important it was for us to get a new car and they made it happen despite of credit. We were not just a number we were real PEOPLE to them. We are ever greatful Tim and Justin. Y'all are the best!

We got a 2013 Ford Focus

They helped my husband find a car no matter his credit it may not have been the car he wanted but he is truly happy at the end of it all

Before talking with Justin at zumbrota ford I'd thought I never get a car of my choice but Justin changed that I couldn't believe how simple and easy he made my experience over at zumbrota ford I really appreciate everything that he's done overall I was thankful and happy when I went home that day in my car a car that I thought I would never get thanks again Justin

Awesome experience

I've had a great experience at zumbrota ford dealing with Justin! I couldn't be happier with the truck I bought or the service that was provided, they made me feel at home while the process took place of my new purchase. I've always hated searching for trucks and comparing but Justin made that a walk in the park! I called Justin giving him the criteria that needed to be met and I was pretty picky! I'm sure it's not easy finding a loaded truck with under 40k miles the right color and in my price range! I figured it would be near impossible to find my dream truck but Justin stayed persistent and in about 2 weeks called me with my dream truck and we made it happen!! He won't forget about you and if they don't have your car on the lot that day he will find it for you!! I'm very pleased and recommend them to EVERYONE!

Purchase of 2016 KIA at Zumbrota Ford

About a week ago my wife and I went looking at used cars, with no intent to buy at that time. We were approached by a young man who turned out to be Eric "the car man." He assisted us in everyway possible: answered questions about cars we showed interest in, assisted us in test driving the car of our most interest and was honest and straight forward in negoiating a price that allowed us to drive that vehicle home that afternoon. I would definitely recommend him to any friends interested in a different car.

PATIENT, FRIENDLY and HONEST

My daughter and I were car shopping for a newer, dependable car, only a couple years old, no accident, one owner, low miles and within a price range, and of course my daughter was picky about what the car looked like. We shopped around to a LOT of car dealerships in search of the perfect car. A friend told me about her great experience at Zumbrota Ford that her and her daughter had recently, so we decided to check it out. I was impressed right away. I drove into the parking lot (on one of the hottest days of the year) and there was a salesman (or automotive specialist, I know they don't go by salesman anymore) actually in the parking lot that greeted us before we even had our car parked. I immediately knew this was a great place. All the shopping around we have been doing, at all the other dealership we had been to, we had to seek out help, seriously ridiculous, I felt like we needed to be wearing assign that said " LOOKING FOR CAR, WANT TO BUY CAR", to get attention. So when we were greeted by Nate right away, it was a breath of fresh air. And wouldn't you know Nate was the one who helped my friend and her daughter. He asked us all the right questions. What we were looking for, the price range, what we liked, didn't like and he found 3 or 4 cars quickly that we drove around. My daughter ended up really liking one of the cars. My husband wasn't with us, and I didn't want to make the final decision without him seeing the car, so they let us take the car over night, and give her time to drive it a little more to see if it was the car for her. Which only made her want it more. We stayed way later than the dealership was open. They were patient and kind with us. My husband liked the car, thought it was a wise choice and we brought it back the next day and bought it. Once again staying way late, but they didn't rush us. My daughter loves her knew car, and I'm happy she'll be safe and wont have to worry about any car problems for a long, long time. Oh, and my husband was thrilled we also received 2 Vikings tickets for purchasing the car (a promotion going on at this time). He's ecstatic about that! :) Thank you Nate and Kelly for being so patient, and talking everything thoroughly through, from the shopping experience all the way through to the buying process. We are grateful for your time, patience and friendliness. Thank you for taking good care of us. We will be coming back. :)

Sync MyFordTouch Update problem - Resolved!!

Had a problem with Sync MyfordTouch update on 2014 F150 on Saturday when Service was closed. At home, I followed all instructions online, downloaded required files, unzipped, and tried to install update on truck. Update started, then Black screen and nothing worked. Todd Fitzgibbons went way beyond normal help, found the problem with the update (flash drive issue & issue with unzipping files), fixed the problem and got me on my way. . Very Satisfied!
