Pat was a terrifc salesman!

Pat was a terrifc salesman! He was friendly, gave us his full attention, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend him to others and ask for him the for any future purchases Nick, who took care of the paperwork, was equally terrific!

Electrical problems

Very confusing electrical problem they just didn?t replace parts but traced down the problem and replaced only the parts that needed replacing. Great job.

Failing to execute simple tasks.

We went in for an oil change and for a nail in tire to be repaired ? two simple tasks. Service rep lost our paperwork, which included our prepaid ($962) customer car care service booklet of coupons for oil changes, etc. This was our only copy. Neither the service rep who lost it, or anyone at the dealership has offered any assistance to us to replace the booklet that they lost. When we returned to pick up the vehicle hours later, we were told the tire could not be repaired because the lug nuts were locked and no lug nut key could be found in the vehicle. My husband convinced a Sr.mechanic to go out in the lot with him to look at the wheel. The Sr mechanic popped off the hubcap and declared that the vehicle did not have locking lug nuts. He agreed to repair the tire immediately, while we waited another hour. We were told that the young mechanic who worked on our car originally, apparently saw a small container of older locking lug nuts in our car, assumed that we must have had locking lug nuts on our wheels currently, but never took the time to remove a hubcap and check. The whole experience was ridiculous.

Gustman=Great

Went through the process of buying a new car. With the limited selection, we had to order from scratch. The entire staff at Gustman?s did a great job to get me the vehicle I wanted with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Excellent service as well!

Best Service Ever

In the fall of 2017 I bought a brand new Chevy Silverado from Gustman Chevrolet. Ever since I bought my truck I have had the best service anyone could ask for. Most of my service has been mainly oil changes until last week. Had a noise in the front and back of the truck. They guys discovered a bad sway bar in the front plus a broken leaf spring in the back. They also changed the noise dampeners on the back leaf springs. I personally have had the best luck with everyone at Gustman, believe me when it’s time for a new truck I won’t hesitate to go back to Gustman. Thanks team Gustman! Bob & Cheryl Perry
