Had a faulty Door Entry Keypad, which was draining my Explorers battery. Current repair leadtime was over a week. I requested a quicker repair time if possible. Nick in Service Department had an appointment cancellation and was able to have the new keypad module installed within a day. I was very appreciative of their quick response!

My husband and I were "kinda/sorta" looking for a different car, but WRONG time bcuz there were no new ones on the lots and used ones were sooo expensive. WE stopped in New Ulm on our way to Rochester to "chat". after pricing out a new car, we decided to order--we didn't really car how long it took. We ordered March 9 and had in our poccession the end of June. The WHOLE process was easy--no pressure to buy--told us to go home and think about it.
