This is an incredible dealership. The buying experience was easy and simple. They did not try to up sell me, was transparent on pricing and the Out The Door price. No sneaky items stuck in the contract. The agreed upon price was exactly what I paid. Financing was just as painless. Dealership handled the shipping as I am 1100 miles away in Texas. My dad bought a used vehicle spaeth ford in New ulm. After bringing it home he took it to have new tires put on. During this time the mechanic found that both rear shocks were bad as well as the rear tierods.Also the 4 wheel drive drive shaft was bad. My dad ended up with a bill over 1500 dollars for parts and labor that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. After bringing this to there attention the dealership sent my dad a check for only 400 dollars, not even covering half the price for the parts that should have been replaced. Yes something is better than nothing ,but spaeth ford could have done better.
