Bought a used GMC Sierra over the phone. I had a long drive to get to the dealership. The truck was waiting up front for me to take a test drive when I arrived. I was out of there in just over an hour keys in hand. I don't know if I'll ever buy another vehicle at O'Connor but I can guarantee I'll buy one from Steve Dumont so they better hang on to him. He went above and beyond. I have no idea of the caliber of the other sales staff but if you want the best ask for Steve.

Everything started out great, got pre owned 2018 GMC Sierra with only 39000 miles and was very happy. It did have its issues when we test drove it the rear brakes were randomly locking so they proceeded to replace the rotors and problem still continued I asked to check the calibers and they decided to only replace one side which is odd and now the side they didn’t replace continued to have problems and at this point they are refusing to service. This experience has been very stressful, I hope they choice to do the right thing and stand by there pre owned vehicles.

Working with Randy M. was one of the best experiences Ive ever had buying a new truck. He was polite, honest and worked very hard via email, calls and texts to make my buying experience pleasurable. He made it possible to show up sign a few papers and away I went in my new truck. Scott also did his best to get the lowest financing rate and payment for me. Drive in to a heated bay, drop off your keys, confirm needs and wait in well appointed waiting room. Work was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way.

First visit. The only problem was finding where to drive my truck an drop off. After a coffee an 20 minutes I was on my way out with oil change & tire rotation an everything else checked! Great service
