FANTASTIC PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH

FINANCIAL DEPT STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL TO US TO INCLUDE MORT AND ART AT FREEDOM NISSAN IN SO BURLINGTON. WE ALSO WANT TO THANK SETH QUINTIN FOR HIS ASSISTANCE WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR CAR. Outstanding Dealership

My Daughter and I bought a used car on 26 December 2016, The car had a couple of very minor issues. Mort and his staff readily took care of those issues. I truly recommend this dealership, I am a repeat customer and certainly will be in the future!!

Great buying experience with Stephen

I had an amazing experience with a salesman named Stephen Boles. He is very laid back and he isn't too "salesy", very personable. He listens to you 100 percent and lands you in a vehicle that really fits your needs and doesn't try to put you in something over your budget. I visited multiple times before buying and he showed complete patience with me and was able to get me an incredible deal on a reliable car that was exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back to give him my business as he is very trustworthy and nice to work with. Overall great experience.

super staff

IN the past seven years or so we have purchased one used Nissan, and two new Nissans. we have never been more pleased with the sales staff, the service staff, Mort , and the list goes on. Also there for the customers and will solve any issues immediatly. However, we just moved to Florida and I took my 2014 Rouge into Morg Nissan to have serviced... I just took it for granted that all the records on my Nissan would be on the computer by VIN number for recalls etc. and all maintance that has been done . We even brought the warranties for oil changes and maintence. so to my surprise when the service counter person called in my card and they said it could only be honored at Freedom Nissan. I mean our car is two years and a few months old and by moving to a differnt city its not honored the warranty. I don't know what to do. i do think that perhaps the non used months should be refunded back to me. Also now i am not sure about the other warranties we have the protection one on the vinal and and also the one on the breaking into, and all the major things that can go wrong, we paid a lot of money for these warranties, are any of them covered by Nissan or are they now all void, I even told my wife that when we needed a new car we were going back to Vt. to visit Mort and his gang and buy one there and drive it back down. but now i may just have to go to a different dealer. but to give a 5 on the rating as it is a super place to over all to do business. now we will see about the money back on unused warranties. Go somewhere else

I have never worked with a more disorganized, unhelpful, and unprofessional dealership. Bottom line is either buy a Nissan somewhere else (it is worth driving further) or buy a different make of car. I find it hard to believe they are still in business.

Rude bullies

We could not come to an agreement on monthly payments, or trade in amount. Thats fine, but then Rodney and Mort walked out to our car and walked around it shaking their heads taunting us as we left, overall a very shady business and poor business practices. Worst i have been to so far and i have been involved in 5 new car sales in the last 6 years with several different dealerships. We could not agree on numbers but there is no need to be rude. Disappointing waste of 3 hours for sure!!!!
