I walked in on 4/11/12 looking for a used car. One person came up to me, very friendly, however when he asked one of the two sales people eating lunch to work with me, neither jumped at the chance to do so. Finally, one guy had me sit down, while he was distracted with a new camera he purchased. He was more concerned about a play he was going to be staring in this weekend versus helping. After he cleared his desk, he asked me what I was looking for. I gave him the details. He didn't hear a word I said, and proceeded to take out a survey sheet of generic questions to ask, all of which were what I had given him prior. To confirm he wasn't listening, we went outside and he directed me to a 5 person cargo vehicle. I was looking for a hatchback. I felt so unappreciated, I stopped the visit and said that I would look at the inventory online as it seems like I am wasting his time and mine. Regardless if I am purchasing a 10k or 20k car, everyone should be treated with respect. I would never shop at this dealership again.

As a follow up, I was contacted by the sales manager and the owner. I do hope that through a bit of tough love from consumers they have changed the process in which they do business.

Going into purchasing a vehicle, not really sure what to expect - the staff at Freedom Nissan made us feel welcomed and made purchasing OUR vehicle a positive experience. We have overcame a lot of obstacles trying to get back on our feet and Freedom Nissan fought hard to get us approved. I would highly recommend anybody to go to Freedom Nissan.

Sportsman
The salesperson was very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. We had a succesful test drive of the vehicle of interest but in the end I simply chose another brand that suited my taste better.

I went to Freedom Nissan looking for help, after several recommendations from my mother and a co-worker. I had purchased a car via private sale and after just four months it died on me. The second I walked in the door I felt like my fiancé and I and been there several times already. Pat was the first to introduce himself. He asked what he could help us with and quickly assessed our needs. Not having the greatest credit he introduced us to Joe. He walked us around the lot showing us several cars until we found one that we liked and could afford. The whole time feeling like I was talking to an good friend. There was no pressure to hurry and pick making sure that we were going to be happy and comfortable with our choice. We picked out a beautiful 2010 Mazda 6. Definately not what I thought we could afford but Joe and Mort worked hard to get us into this car. I'm so excited about my new car! I will DEFINATELY go back to Freedom Nissan. Just wish I would have listened to my mother in the first place! Thank you Joe, Mort & Pat!!

I went to Freedom Nissan ( pre-approved) on Saturday 1/28/2012 after seeing a Honda pilot on cars.com. I was not greeted through the door and no sales person was available and so I left, but returned 2 hours later. I finally got a sales man to show me the cars I was interested in, after test driving an Acura a fell in love with, it was time to talk numbers. I was INSULTED when it came to my trade in, they offered me $819.00 for my Honda Accord in great condition. After more negotiations and questions about the Acuras accident history, I decided to bring the car to the Acura dealership to get the car checked out due to the lack of trustworthiness from this dealership. The car checked out, but needed a starter, alinement and tires. When I went to the dealership to seal the deal I of course wanted to have the starter replaced (at least) before I bought this 16 thousand dollar car, it was absolutely out of the question on Nissan's part. They wouldnt even consider it, no more talking to me. I left and bought a SUV from Heritage Toyota, where my friendly, GREAT salesman Mike James went above and beyond to get me a great deal! Bought a new Murano from Steve. He was great to work with, no pressure. Everyone from sales to finance and the owner Mort were wonderful. I feel I received a fair deal and most importantly I wasn't pushed into something I really didn't want; he found me the card "I" wanted. I would recommend Freedom.

Buyers Beware
Hello, I purchased a luxury used car from this dealer three years ago at a great price. I just recently learned that my car had structural damage in an accident that was reported shortly after I purchased the car and it has nearly no value now despite a clean title. Apparently accident reports can take months to get reported and if you buy a car from a dealer who cars quickly from auctions they go to weekly you could also get trapped like I did. There is a reason they use Autocheck and not Carfax. I also discovered their 200+ point inspection didn't catch the fact my car had rotten air and cabin filters, two completely worn belts and it was even missing a windshield wiper when I test drove it. These should have been warning signs but I saw the deal I was getting rather then the danger I was entering. Their service and sales departments turnover is almost as quick as their dirty carfax cars. Please don't make the same mistake I did and give them a minute of your time and a dollar of your money.

Worst Dealer Ever for Used Cars or Service
I purchased a used Inifinti G35x in 2009 and was told it was in a small accident. Recenely I have tried to trade in the car and learned from Carfax it was in another accident with structural damage which wasn't disclosed when I bought it. Car has a clean title but has no value with structural damage reported. I already gave up on their service department for not even knowing how to change oil correctly so this was the icing on the cake. They sell a lot of luxury cars cheap that they buy at auctions that have been "nearly" totaled. It's all a scam and they don't even clean the cars or change oil before selling them on their lot. They told be about their 200+ point inspection yet the car was missing windshield wipers and a month after buying it I needed to replace two belts and both the air filter and cabin filter were completely rotten. It's a shame as all their cars look nice on the outside and they have a good selection of used luxury cars at cheap prices but now you know why. Most cars that are in collisions are totaled by insurance companies but $50,000 luxury cars isn't considered totaled if it costs less then $25,000 to fix it. Buyer beware!

Working with Jeremy to leave the lot with the car I researched was very easy. Being a first time buyer from a dealership I was worried I would have trouble, but the employees at Freedom Nissan really stepped up to the plate for me. Everyone was patient and got me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted, and took the extra time to work hard to get me the best deal and rates they could. It was a pleasure working with all of them and all the hard work they put in to make it easier and to give me more knowledge on what to expect going forward.

This is a great dealership! So far I've bought my great new (but used) car and had it serviced, and both experiences have been smooth and timely. The staff is awesome, really respectful, knowledgeable people. I'm very glad to be doing business with them.
