This is a horrible dealership.
This is a horrible dealership. The staff are incompetent from their mechanics to their management. They knowingly commit sales fraud, contract fraud, and insurance fraud. The Service Department manager, Pat Treanor, Is a horrible man and operates very dishonorably and fraudulently. This dealership has had physical possession of my car since March 07th. They sold me a warranty to car vehicle they knew they were unable to work on and when the vehicle began to have issues, Pat Treanor chose to look out for the dealership bottom line over honoring the warranty contract. Once they had possession of my vehicle, Pat continued to act dishonestly and chose to not be forthcoming with information I requested. In fact, I am being denied all information requested on the proposed repairs and was actually told that I have to agree to the repairs and pay for them before I can be told what those repairs are. I also have it on good authority that Pat Treanor committed extensive warranty fraud by filing false claims with the warranty company to pay for extensive repairs to his personal vehicle. He did this by forcing the paperwork through by falsely representing who the owner was of the vehicle on the paperwork. In addition, their technician recently accidentally drove a customers Tesla through their bay door. Due to the negligence of the staff at KIA since my car has been there, much damage has occurred to my vehicle. For starters; now there is a large scratch on my passenger front fender. Mice have turned my car into a happy home and have chewed up some wiring. The battery required replacing. Now, the dealership wants me to pay for the damage in order to work on my vehicle.FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING!!! I can. not even list my car make and model to complete this review. 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Q4

We went to lease a new vehicle and had done a ton of research. We were able to easily find the make and model we wanted on their website and got an appointment quickly with Faye. She was great during the experience. We never felt pressured to buy nor did we feel pressure to looking at something we didn’t want. She walked us through everything and we fully understood what we were getting into, and all the bells and whistles with the car. It was a super easy process, lengthened just by the fact we went on a Saturday. Everyone was really friendly at Berlin and we definitely plan on going back to renew our lease. The car is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and walk away unhappy from a dealership, and this wasn’t the case. Thank you Faye and the team at Berlin City Honda!

When I first bought the car of my 2020 Kia soul, I had a recall on the engine they refused to fix it and it took them three months to fix it. I had to Fight with them. When I got it back, it was running smoothly November 2023. I got an oil change done by them and on December 1 of 2023 my oil plug went because they didn’t fascinate enough. I had to go to court and I’m continued to fight with them because I had to give my car back to the bank and now I ruined my credit and my boyfriend’s credit because I had to forfeit the car

RUN AWAY We bought a Sportage from them in 2017.
RUN AWAY We bought a Sportage from them in 2017. Initially things were okay, though they had a problem with double-booking appointments (the on-line system didn't talk to the system the service reps used) and it took them years to figure it out. In the last few years, like others, we've run into issues with dropping the car off and being told it wouldn't be ready that day because they weren't able to order the parts in time. That happened once on a Friday, so we were without the car for the weekend. Another time they ordered parts and I went in to have them installed 2 weeks later only to discover the service rep didn't work there anymore and they couldn't find the parts they'd ordered. We bought our daughter a used car there about a year ago and the salesman made a big deal about the great, brand new winter tires that were included. But when we went to a tire store to have "summer" tires put on they said the winter tires were shot and wouldn't pass inspection! I got a nice e-mail from the sales manager right after the purchase asking us to let hime know if he could be of any help, so I contacted him about the tires but never got a response. Brought the Sportage in about a month ago for routine service. They found an issue with the muffler that meant it didn't pass inspection but, of course, they had to order the part. They didn't make an appointment because they didn't know how long it would take for the parts to come in, but they said they'd contact me as soon as the parts arrived. I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, we've decided enough is enough and we're going to sell/trade the Sportage and never buy another Kia because of the way this dealership is run.

We bought a used Nissan Leaf from here last year.
We bought a used Nissan Leaf from here last year. The service was fine, although we had to deal with the usual used car haggling. We had to wait a week to pick up the car because they were working on the brakes. When we picked it up, we saw that there were 500 more miles on it than when we bought it! Very infuriating.

We had a 1:30pm appointment and had to drop the car off
We had a 1:30pm appointment and had to drop the car off the night before. We were told on the phone they would probably only need for 30 minutes. They never called with any updates or car is ready. They even leave for the day without updating their customers on vehicle status. Maybe they sell 2 many cars to give a xxxx. After owning 2 Kia’s they have been great cars however the service we have received we won’t be purchasing a 3rd one. Hello Burlington Hyundai!

Terrible customer service and mechanic work.
Terrible customer service and mechanic work. I bought a car with them in 2020 a Honda civic and they pushed me into buying a warranty with this vehicle. Anytime I get service there it takes weeks and they never know what's included under this warranty I HAD to have. It takes forever for them to do anything. My worst experience that just happened was I took my car there for an oil change and a winter to summer tire change over. The mechanic forgot to fasten the part that I think is called the splash guard after doing the oil change. After I left, by the time I got on the interstate it was catching wind and making a ton of noise. I pulled of at the rest stop and called them back. They said to drive it back to them and it would be fine to drive it. Thankfully at this point I took a picture of the part hanging down underneath showing the spot of missing fastenings. The sheet of metal that was flapping was as flimsy as tinfoil almost and by the time my car got back to them the piece had caught wind and curled up under the car into a ball of mess from hitting the pavement. At first they tried to say that this was all my fault That I must have hit something when i left here!!! Like what nerve!!!. They said the mechanic swears she fastened it. Well when they saw the photo they knew she hadn't. So now the aspect of getting the part fixed. It's been over a week for them to get the part, they finally just got me a rental (which was a huge fight), they say they will call me back, they don't, I usually have to call, message, text, multiple times before I hear back about what is going on with my vehicle. They act standoffish and that I am annoying. They told me on day one when this all happened the manager of the service center would call me. He has never called and I've requested to speak to him many times. I wouldn't buy a car here and I would definitely not get service done here. My warranty is almost over thank goodness. I will be going somewhere else from now on. Expecially for basic care.
