    Really be nice to get a loaner vehicle. We live over 30 minutes away, driving 2 vehicles all the time isn't convenient at all. Especially when the engine... had to be replaced with only 32,000 miles on it and several problems after that!

    When I called for an appointment the responded timely and scheduled a time which worked for me since I live in Eugene. When I arrived completed the... work timely. Also advise of possible steering problem and a bulliton was found, so it was applied to my vehecle. Seems to be working but its a once in a while type of issued so will see what happens.
