Excellent customer service
Last week, I had the privaledge of working with Brett and Ryan at Len Dudas in Stevens Point. I traded and bought a different vehicle from them, and they were amazing to work with! I couldn't of asked for two better people to help me with financing, trading, and finding exactly what I was looking for. I am extremely happy with my new ride!! I highly recommend Len Dudas, and more importantly, Brett and Ryan, for a seemless car experience!

I have now had my truck for about a month. I have to say this was one of my best experiences buying a vehicle. From Ryan helping us to Bret doing the paper work, I highly recommend Len Dudas.

Terrible Sales Practices at this time
I had a bad experience with this place. I found a 2022 Chevy Silverado on their internet site on Monday 4/25. Talked to JB about test driving it on Tuesday at 1:00pm. Informed JB of my trade in, which was a 2006 GMC Sierra. This was at 4:37pm on Monday. At 9:40 am on Tuesday morning, JB called me and said the sold the truck on Monday night, so I should not come in to test drive it. On Wednesday, I noticed they had a similar Silverado on the internet, so I drove to Point to see if I liked the other Silverado. I found both trucks side by side in the back of the lot. I went in to inquire, if either one was for sale. They said one of them was. A nice salesman helped me, and he drove the truck around for me to test drive. Low and behold, it was the truck the told me sold on Monday. I asked if they were sure it was for sale. He said yes it is for sale. He said the guy that it was sold to, did not obtain financing. I thought it was my lucky day. (The truck I really wanted, I could buy.) I took it for a nice test drive with the salesman. They evaluated my trade while I was test driving. I knew my truck was older and would be sold to auction. I was not expecting to get a lot of money out of it. So I came back inside excited that I would be purchasing a truck I really wanted…The manager (Joe)came over and sat down by me. (My salesman disappeared). I thought he was going to tell me what my trade was worth. Well, I got the shock of my life… Joe says to me. “I won’t sell you the truck”. Granted, I had the financing for the truck. He said my trade was not new enough and they could not sell it on their lot. I understand that. It was an auction truck. I drove it for 15 years. I said that is alright, I will just buy it without a trade, and sell it myself. He said once again “ I won’t sell you the truck”. He said that he has to have a new vehicle for trade to keep on his lot to keep his sales people working. Joe told me that he had another appointment coming in to buy the truck because he had a 19 to trade. (My 2006 was not good enough)I told him this is terrible and a terrible way to do business. Granted, it is their business, but this was terrible to do to a paying customer! All of the staff including Joe, and especially my salesman were nice people. The problem I have is how they are practicing business in these tougher times. This was not right from the start on Monday. I actually think they were caught off guard when I showed up to test drive and buy unannounced. I am very disappointed in how this happened. I would not recommend shopping for a car or truck at Len Dudas, at least at this time with vehicle shortages. I found a similar truck, and purchased it hassle free within a couple of hours, and the took my trade in without question. You treated me very unfairly Joe.

I'm not surprised to see other reviews saying good things about Cody. My used Silverado purchase went very smoothly and Cody was very helpful. The business manager Mike offered the usual add-ons but was not pushy and did not try to bluff me into a higher rate than I qualified for as I've experienced with other dealers, which I really appreciate. Overall excellent dealer experience.
